I have not seen Philip Walkers take on the sea wall.I think GG taking his blog down is somewhat significant Miller was biased, he was part of the CID that brought Bamber to trial. Wilkinson was a DI working under Ainsley. ( The top guy)What did RB say?
Phillip said Bamber could be spotted from distance. As The Sea Wall was an open area with good light. Do you think the defence did not check Wilkinson's WS. They had a year.
No I don't as I've stated before. The mantra was Bamber was in his cottage asleep until he was woken by his dad.You know this.
I believe they did check the route. Do you think it would have been a good idea for the defence to check Bamber's route? They had a year.
To be honest the only way you could create reasonable doubt to make this compelling as a none starter ( the sea wall) was to take the jury on an excersise and visit to the sea wall and the route the prosecution alleged Bamber took on the night.Obviously this would have to be replicated in the middle of the night to represent a true picture.
I personally don't think they did check the route.
Do you think Bamber told his defence cycling The Sea Wall was 'impossible' and 'laughable'?
Wilkinson got lucky then.
But it had to replicate in my view the time the accused made the journey.Going at 10am in the morning wouldn't have been useful
Do you think the defence went there at night. But realised there was good ambient light. As RB, GG & Phillip said and my hundreds of photos show?
