If you couldn't get in with a key, would you climb through the bathroom window.

Or is that 'too much pissing about' for 500k+

Third time I have asked this.

Very risky feat. Risking five life sentences for murder.

Madness to suggest anyone will hear a car engine start and then suddenly rush to their window to gawp in amazement at 2am.

Stupid to cycle on a ladies bike in the dark over fields and a route you don't know. Complete darkness.

Good ol' de'ath confirming the sea wall being populated.

Yes too much pissing about and potentially fatal in terms of being ID

In answer to your question would I climb through a bathroom window ?

No, I personally wouldn't. I wouldn't kill five members of my family for monetary gain.

So you would drive. Try to get in with a key.

Then drive home if the key didn't work.

Thank you.

Not sure how cycling for 20 minutes on good terrain is 'pissing about'.

People cycle every day. Usually for longer than 20 minutes. Day and night. With and without artificial lighting.

Bamber's route was in the open so would have good ambient light. He knew the route anyway.

Madness to drive past 45 properties, 90 people, other cars and security cameras.

But some people are bigger risk takers & pay the price.

Helmets with lighting are used by -

Minors.

Cavers.

Climbers.

Walkers.

People that work at night. Such as some construction workers.

--------

Obviously there will be other uses which I haven't thought of.

So very possible farmers used helmets when farming in the dark. If not, a helmet or bike light would be easy for Bamber to purchase.

Not sure a bike light or helmet would have benefitted Bamber much. Both RB & GG said there was good lighting on the route. Which is not surprising as it is in the open.  Bamber also knew the route.

But if Rob & ILB believe he needed artificial lighting, the options were there.

Thanks for that Adam.

I'm still going with my hypothesis.

'It is a legal requirement to wear a helmet when at work on a farm ATV'.

Haha, this is 1985 when this happened.

Legislation for most things was in its infancy. I did things on a YTS scheme in the 1980s that would put employers before a jury in this day and age.

Nice try.

Seems a helmet light would be more effective than a bike light.

As mentioned by myself and Rob, this sits a long way away from your initial " Bamber didn't use a light guv" cobblers.

You have know backed yourself into a corner and now accept he needed some type of artificial lighting, despite arguing the contrary for a significant amount of time.

Not sure the relevance of farming duties with lighting and Bambers apparent murderous sea wall route to the farm. Only thing relevant is the fact both he and Nevill were farmers.

The murder wasn't due to farm duties.

Bamber purported cycling of  the sea wall to murder his family wasn't in his list of work duties. It was totally unrelated.

Seems GG correctly decided to take his false blog down after realising it was biased and unreliable.

You think GG, RB, Wilkinson & Miller all lied.

Do you think Phillip lied when he said there was good light?

I have not seen Philip Walkers take on the sea wall.

I think GG taking his blog down is somewhat significant

Miller was biased, he was part of the CID that brought Bamber to trial. Wilkinson was a DI working under Ainsley. ( The top guy)

What did RB say?
