Surely you will go to the CT if you have a eureka moment.

You won't find The Sea Wall can't be cycled at night & there are people on it at 2am. That would have been tested by the defence & lots of other people over the last 39 years.

But if you want to go for self interest feel free. Look forward to your report & photos
I don't mind jokes and humour but constant Drivel [boring, stupid annoying] is a bit much for my precious time, I'm sitting the Sea Wall out Now.

Why would I go to thr CT? I have nothing to do with them.

I just have an interest in the case of Jeremy Bamber. The same as you.

I don't act In a professional capacity for Jeremy Bamber. I'm not qualified to do so. And even if I was I wouldn't. That's if he even wanted me to do so. He has plenty of people working on his behalf.

I am a fence sitter and will always remain so. Personally I believe everybody should have this stance.

We are just people playing on a forum. Some of us have connections in the past to area, defendant, place etc. I'm not even am slueth. Can't speak direct for other posters intentions. But nothing we say on here obviously would be dictated on a legal arena. And as I've always said only compelling evidence will get his convictions quashed. Which so far has not happened.

As a father, it's a too emotive case for me to ever get personally involved in which is why I am independent.

Look at Mike for example, the time the cost the effort he put in for Jeremy, and the latter cut ties with him. Personally I would have said " well fuck you Jeremy it's your life "  even if his theories were a little crazy he still added value in my book
Creating this forum and getting his case for innocence in the public eye.

So if there are 2am BBQ's & it can't be cycled at night, you won't contact anyone outside the forum.

Up to you. David's 2016  forensic evidence breakthrough he wrote to Bamber, Andrew Hunter & NGB.

Has BD responded to your message?

As said transportation isn't at the heart of the conviction and wasn't at the trial. There were far more pressing issues and I believe the CT have already included an answer to the bike in the 2021 submission.

I suspect my message has gone to her spam folder.

The darkness of the sea wall at the time the defendant is supposed to have made the journey makes the theory completely non sensical. All I have to do in this regard to prove that is to visit it at night. This can be done by walking.

The police officer did the journey in the day. Why didn't he replicate it at night? What's the point in replication a journey of someone who didn't do it in the day? Obviously the conclusion is simple he knew it couldn't be done.

If their is a steep incline with a field it just makes the theory even more laughable. Both RB and Bamber said that it had and both will know of course.

As always from a prosecution narrative it can be made to look sinister and effective for empathsis.

Can't blame them 500 interviewed and nobody saw him! Had to get creative !

The journey was very much at the heart of the case. It is often discussed on here.

I accept it is possible to drive to WHF & back. He had a car. But don't believe he did.

Disappointing you have never accepted it was possible to cycle The Sea Wall. Going on about goggles and now tents/BBQ's. The prosecution & defence would not make such a huge error. But at least you are now going to visit it.

I'm not saying it wasn't at the heart of course it is an issue but I'm sure you can appreciate when your client has an ex girlfriend who is saying he confessed to her and a sound moderator with the alternative suspects blood in it that they are more serious obstacles to overcome.

500 people interviewed and not clocking him on the night creates reasonable doubt he made any type of journey in itself.

Both RB & GG said it could be cycled at night. Together with the prosecution and defence. . But you won't accept them. Which is immature. But at least you are now visiting it.

Please provide the source of a steep incline. Not that it matters. Cyclists who encounter a hill do one thing - cycle it.

In fairness it was de'ath who mentioned the BBQs, all night parties and populated sea wall. My primary focus was always thet it would be too dark and cumbersome to do. I have only discovered de'aths claims in the last week or so.

A steep incline path is easy to cycle up. A steep incline field when you can't see shit is non sensical

You know this.

The 500 people just confirms there are no BBQ's, tents and teenagers on Bamber's route at 2am. Which you already knew.

The route passed no properties so no one would see him. So no reasonable doubt.

Who said he's cycling up fields?

He cycled the Sea Wall. Then cycled up paths to WHF.

Cycling up or down a field is possible. Depends on the terrain.

Anyway waiting for ILB's source.
