I have no argument with that. My only reservation is that neither of us is JB so we can't possibly know -despite the bumpscious booby claiming otherwise- what was JB's thinking.

I honestly don't think it's the end of the story

If the Jeremy Julie in league thing is true I do believe that as Jeremy gets older ( when he hits his seventies ) he will highlight Julie's involvement. When he gets too tired and old to keep fighting his convictions.

Who knows It may even come if he gets knockbacked from the ccrc this time? The guy is in his sixties

One thing is for sure if the theory is true it must eat him up something chronic knowing that Julie is free while he has been rotting in the clink for almost four decades

IF it's true!...........but I wouldn't like to say, for certain, that she didn't trump him. Wouldn't we all if we'd been threatened?

I hope ILB is ok.

He's spent the last week claiming an old dear Bamber supporter has debunked the prosecutions 39 year old cycling narrative.

Because she had a caravan between 1.4 - 5 miles away!

Just need to know why BD was on Bamber's route at 2am.

If she is generalising from her experience at the Osea Leisure Park, guilters will of course dismiss her.

I suspect she will not respond to ILB's letter.

Ideally BD would have been on Bamber's route at 2am several times. Not just once.

I cannot think of a reason why she or anyone else would be. There is nothing there or near there.

Too me dea'th is a not a game changer in regards to the sea wall.

I have always dismissed it in any regard. The sea wall scenario without it being populated

Dea'ths knowledge of the population of the wall strengthens the already failing sea wall scenario.

A witness of truth, a stand up woman.

To dismiss dea'ths as an " old dear" is ridiculous

De'ath having a van at osea means nothing

De'ath states she has knowledge that Bambers Goldhanger to Darcy route was nightly populated. Which means there is a great potential that if he did the none starter sea wall journey. He'd be clocked.

Seems guilters think de'ath is lying because she had a caravan deal break down with Ann Eaton.

What difference does her not living on it mean?

Bamber didn't live on it, nobody did.

She has intimate knowledge of the entire sea wall, knows It would be populated and knows Bamber couldn't make the journey there.

Why would she lie ?
Did you read Jane's post in #1?

I don't think she's deliberately lying, but I think the caravan incident clouded her judgment and she's under a misapprehension. I thought the same way with Sandra Lean, well-intentioned as she is, though possibly swayed by the teenage son she never had.

Nightly populated?

Even she isn't saying she had intimate knowledge. She is talking about apparent things going on at the Osea Leisure Park.

There is nothing on Bamber's route that would bring anyone there at 2am.

At the moment it seems there could be up to 10 route options for Bamber.

Suspect there were several walking routes. Across fields and path ways. Off the main roads. He would have known about the terrain.

There are 4 cycling routes.

The prosecution case is he cycled The Sea Wall.

She is on facebook, I don't have her personal address for god sake.

Why would she lie?
