BD stated intimate knowledge of Bambers route

The entire sea wall

Osea

Maldon

Best you write to her. Find out how often she was on Bamber's route section of The Sea Wall at 2am.

Obviously the BBQ's she mentioned would be within the confines of the Osea Leisure centre where she had a caravan. Not 5 miles away.

The"entire sea wall" isn't Osea to Maldon. It's Maldon to Tollesbury.

It would be stripped to nothing by supporters. In this instance, they'd be correct in questioning its veracity.

You haven't stripped anything.

You have made the assumption that just because BD doesn't live local she is lying.

Which is ludicrous.

And you're NOT making the assumption that she knows, "intimately", ie, has walked every inch of the sea wall from Maldon to Tollesbury?

I believe she has intimate knowledge of the route being populated which is relevant in this case. Goldhanger to d'arcy

But of course a caravan deal gone wrong  somehow overrides that

That would necessitate journeying from Osea to Goldhanger. Perhaps she went by bike? If she could, why couldn't he? Ooops! I forgot, He wasn't going to Osea. The same would apply to her getting to D'Arcy from Goldhanger! One way or the other, if she knew it "intimately" she'd have needed to experience it for herself.

Which she might have done, she doesn't have had to cycled it, she refers to the particular point been populated.  She may have been on that route plenty of times even been there overnight as she attests to people doing so.

Ah! But WHICH point, in particular, is she claiming as being "populated"? And unless she has been there at or around the time that JB is estimated to have used it, how would she know? The place and time she claims to have "intimate" knowledge of, unless it's the exact route JB is claimed to have used, carries no weight as evidence.

It's the DPP who claimed he used a route to avoid the main roads ergo the sea wall.

De'ath claims she has knowledge of the vicinity and the route he would have took. She describes it as being " overnightly populated which means it's not feasible as he would have been seen.

From my personal perspective the sea wall has always been a none starter, cumbersome, unpractical, time consuming, no lighting. Absolutely ridiculous.

De'ath has just simply strengthened that belief of mine.

Well, we might be edging closer to singing of the same page, here!

From my own perspective, I don't actually give two figs about the sea wall as a possibility. It was claimed, by a poster, several years back, that such wasn't possible because at a strategic point, it was undergoing repairs, but there has been no verification one way or another.

Had I been making such a journey, a car would have been my transport of choice. However, I'm not, nor ever have been, JB.

It seems to me that, on which ever side of the fence one sits, BD's claim, unless it's taken on face value, without questioning, doesn't stand up to scrutiny. She buffers what little she has to say about JB -basically that he was shy and well mannered- by giving a history of Maldon going back to the Middle Ages, and ending with a diatribe of grudges about how the family were trying to "gentrify" the site, resulting in them either having to move their van to the back, or remove it completely. Every camp site I've looked at, does the same. It's called progress.

I think from a gulity perspective the car is the most likely method of transport he used.

Nobody is going to jump out of bed to the sound of a car starting.

Nobody will remember a car going past, either if somebody is walking or driving. They'd have no reason to do so.

Obviously it's on Jeremy's site, Jeremy believes the relatives tried to stitch him up. Obviously de'aths tail of the caravan incident is Jeremy trying to portray the relatives as being greedy.

To be honest I'm not interested in a caravan dispute.

I can't see BD lying about the sea wall just because of that. The two don't relate.

I have no argument with that. My only reservation is that neither of us is JB so we can't possibly know -despite the bumpscious booby claiming otherwise- what was JB's thinking.
