So really 4 options -

Cycle the prosecution route.

Cycle via Brook House Farm.

Cycle the Prosecution route but take a left turn to Farm A. Continue cycling to WHF.

Cycle the prosecution route but take a left turn to Farm A. Walk from Farm A to WHF.

---------

Two pass no properties.

One passes one property.

One passes multiple properties.

You really need to get out into the countryside Adam, Bamber cycles this route or that route you have no idea or what the conditions can be like.

All you do is look at Google, and hope no one checks up on the misinformation you post.

Farm A? you really need to do some proper research.

The residents of farms have a right of vehicle access to locations either side of them.

Brook House Farm has vehicle access to Maldon Road and the B1023.

Wyke & WHF have vehicle access to the B1023 & the Sea Wall.

Farm A has vehicle access to Maldon Road/B1026 & the Sea Wall.

Both Rob and ILB have made a big thing about Bamber having to pass one property on the prosecution route.

This is surprising with ILB, as his chosen transport method/route has Bamber driving past 45 properties!

However there is a route which passes no properties. This can either be 100% cycled or he would have to walk the final section for 7 minutes.

When are you going to tell us where this illusive Farm A is?

Just describing it will do so 300m West and 200m South of Wycke's Farm for example will be enough.

I am not making a big thing of anything I am a bit tired of you posting crap like there are zero properties to pass if cycling. If walking I agree with you.

Me being risk adverse would cycle via Farm A. Meaning I do not pass any properties.

If that meant walking the final section for 7 minutes, so be it.

However if the Farm A route was not available but 500k+ was dangling in front of me, having to cycle past one property at 2am would not stop me.

Can you tell us where Farm A is roughly?

It won't because you have no knowledge of the countryside, if I was carrying out the crime I would steer well clear of any Farms.

Madness to go through farm properties

Vigilant

Could be awake

Barking dogs

Possible security cameras

Looking at the right turn from Farm A, the terrain does not look as defined.

However may still have been ok to cycle. Considering how determined Bamber would be.

Once on Pages Lane he would turn left and cycle 320 metres to WHF.

Or from Farm A he could walk across 2 fields to the back of WHF. Estimate walking time 7 minutes.

Both options avoid Wyke Farm.

Walking across fields in pitch black 😆

Vigilant?

Dogs would be sleeping.

More likely to be asleep. As you said, if awake not window watching.

Thought security cameras were not common then.

Anyway it was up to Bamber whether he cycled the prosecution route, CAL's route, or via Farm A.

Appreciate you would cycle the Brook House Farm route.

You must be referring to Wycke farm Adam when you say Farm A? There are buildings on both sides of Pages Lane.

There is no other farm anywhere near?

De'ath confirmed the sea wall route being populated.

For me De'ath is a witness of truth.

I've quoted the relevant part:

The sea wall encircled the camp, the bit around was tarmacked so that people could walk or ride a bike along with ease. It was always busy during weekends and school holidays. Families would go to their vans and spend the entire holidays there. Fathers would either travel back and forth to work or stay from Friday night to Sunday night there. Children would be up late; barbeques were a group affair where several families would get together and party sometimes till the early hours. This is why I dismiss the police claim that Jeremy rode along the wall on an August night without being seen. It would be impossible to do because people would be on the seawall, night fishing, sitting talking etc. all night. Everyone knew Jeremy and he would have be noticed.

I'm assuming the Defence spoke to the residents of the park?

But all of this -the games and parties- would have taken place within the safe parameters of the camp. Goldhanger, where JB lived, is around 4 miles beyond it.
