It looks like a classic case of a marriage gone " tits up " resulting in murder to me.
If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

What did it for me is why would robbers kill his wife and then spend hours upstairs before coming down to attack him in his shop? It doesn't ring true it's nonsensical..

It seems that he and his wife lived separate life's. He was the hardworking postmaster, in bed at 9. His wife was more adventurous and outgoing. It seems like robin was getting financial diffiilculty by taking on expensive holidays to impress his wife and keep her sweet.

It's a sad case because I actually believe he was a decent guy. But he should have got a divorce. Not gone down the murder route.

However it appears they did get along, and were about to embark on a three week holiday to the US. Perhaps Robin just snapped at his financial predicament

if there searching the upstairs for somthing they could well do that they would only attacke him when they had to

Why would they search upstairs? The money was in the safe located on the ground floor.

I posted this earlier. Quite apart from the PO system issue there are 2 Points to which I would like answers that were given in the Guardian article. Whilst I tend towards guilt these points are a cause for concern for me at this time.

Two points apart from the PO issues.

1 Why did the police say the gun and balaclava found some time later some miles (30 min) away, were irrelevant?

2 Is there really unseen footage taken but not used by the TV company that show the murder weapon was not on top of the wall when Garbutt was away and staying with relatives (sister)  immediately after the murder.

the crown used a highlly flawed method to determine time of death theres no reason to think she deid at 430 or the that the alleged robbers would of had to have waited hours before striking

Why did nobody else spot the robbers on two separate occasions?

1. I suppose because Diana was not killed by gunshot wounds.

2. One has to believe police officers who swear the oath in a court of law.
