Iran is a sizeable country with a large population. They can get damaged from the air but I doubt anyone wants to really take them on.

In February of this year, Nasrallah foolishly announced on a Lebanese Youtube channel SpotShot that Hezbollah members would stop using cell phones because of suspected Israeli monitoring and they were going to be using alternative devices. The video is rather hilarious in retrospect.
