Avner Avraham said Israel is now set to do "huge damage you will see all over the world" - with a spectacular attack on a similar scale to the Islamic Republic's 180-strong barrage on Tuesday night.

He is sure the US would take part in the attack in some form, whether through providing intelligence, logistical support, or weapons.

Hezbolla is an Iranian proxy. Iranian general Abbas Nilforoushan was killed in the Hezbolla headquarters when they took out Nasrallah. Iran had to make some form of retaliation to not show weakness.
Yes i know they are a Proxy of Iran, there is a difference and why it was more Justified though in April, they said it was retaliation for the Israeli bombing of the IRAINIAN embassy in Damascus on 1 April, and killed two Irainian Generals.

One thing for sure, it's going to be a big test for Starmer, how much support and if he gives?  The left wing in the Party will not be very happy, also the Muslim MP's within the Labour party will voice their opinion.

He's not very popular. I'm glad in a way, because I don't like New New Labour, any more than New Labour. But I don't think Reform are the answer.

We need bespoke policies for the UK that come from both left and right. When it comes to fixing problems it should be horses for courses.

Israel's retaliation would probably be low key and symbolic. Like the last one.

I doubt it.  I see the nuclear facilities coming under attack.

I think this is the Ultimate goal and it will happen at some stage, i think it might be an attack like weve just seen, take out some top people of the  IRGC, once they have dealt with Hezbollah missile threat, it then leaves a path to IRAN?

Iran is a sizeable country with a large population. They can get damaged from the air but I doubt anyone wants to really take them on.

I think the leaders and the Nuclear plants would be a start Roch, oil rigs would cripple IRAN, the Israel's say they can cope with whatever IRAN throw at them?  It would be a constant bombardment.  I'm not for what is happening, i wish everyone would fk off, but you have to take your hat off to how they have dealt with the leaders of Hezbollah, the Pagers and other devices that exploded the other week, was a lead up to this strike, how many other countries has done or executed this kind of operation before the attack.  The intlligance of ISRAEL is unrivalled, they will know where everyone shits in IRAN.

Israel can respond to Iran's missile attack 'precisely and powerfully' and its forces could strike anywhere in the Middle East, its military chief has warned.

I personally think that Iran's Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) will be the main focus Roch, i could be wrong.

'We must act now to destroy Iran's nuclear program, its central energy facilities, and to fatally cripple this terrorist regime,' Bennett wrote on X just hours after the attack on Israel on Tuesday.

'We have the justification. We have the tools. Now that Hezbollah and Hamas are paralysed, Iran stands exposed.'

I always thought there was an ulterior motive to the green agenda, in particular reducing the West's dependency on the internal combustion engine.

With regards to the pagers. In February of this year, Nasrallah foolishly announced on a Lebanese Youtube channel SpotShot that Hezbollah members would stop using cell phones because of suspected Israeli monitoring and they were going to be using alternative devices. The video is rather hilarious in retrospect.

You are giving Israeli intelligence too much credit. Its a dumb enemy they are dealing with.

Yes i read about that. Well i do give respect where it's due, Israel are a well know force in this department.  But they did miss the Oct 7th attack last year so i do knock some points off.

I agree Roch, it reminds me off the Hard boy in School [cock as we called them] his hangers on were nothing without him.  Quite as a mouse when he was off school and full of Bravado when he returned.

Cock of the north was an old saying I think.
