Your doing great and to be honest, it's down to this forum and down to MT and NGB and posters on here, that has given me a better thought process, so my only advice to you Snow, stick with it.

I didn't think I would have to stick with the case for very long before the CCRC made their decision HB.

I know, makes you wonder why they have taken so long, do you think it has something to do with what i posted earlier and If we leave it a long time to make our decision at least no one can accuse us of rushing it and not looking into it?
Do you think the CCRC see it [rightly or wrongly] a bit like "The same Salesman knocking on your door to sell you the same Product but worded different" and the fact you brought it once before and got a scolding of your wife who cancelled it?  They might have pushed it to the back of the queue and applied the former statement?

I have really no idea how the CCRC works HB,that is more a question for Bill,Roch and  NGB amongst others to answer.

All I can say is,with an important organization like the CCRC,if there is a back log then more members should be appointed right away.

Aww! Don't let it worry you, Snow. You'll probably still be posting next year! Within two weeks of joining, the late MT announced he had evidence that would see JB walk free. I thought my time on the forum was over, but when pushed to hand it over, he said he'd do it in his own time. So here we still are some 12 years down the line and nothing has changed.

Releasing a convicted prisoner on a technicality doesn't make them innocent.

Who gets released on a technicality?

The only way your walking out of the COA a free person if there is something substantial evidential wise that puts your convictions unsafe and in jeopardy

Even if your convictions are quashed the CPS can ask for a re trial.

If Jeremy Bamber makes himself look guilty with 'no comment' answers, then does that mean that Kate McCann makes herself look guilty with 'no comment' answers?  Asking for a friend.
