Robert Boutflour had a chum whose son worked for the Met police. He poked his nose into the case talking to EP memers from Witham and Chelmsford. His dad then wrote to RB to update him of the findings. Is it possible that an EP policemen spilt some beans to the son without knowing the connection back to the family.
