There will be no retrial in the  event of his acquittal at the COA. He will walk free

Even Bamber has not said a second SM at WHF would result in a retrial.

He says it will 'greatly undermine the safety of the conviction'.

Bambers best chance of freedom was testing exhibits like the night dress when DNA advances were happening,however the blood stained evidence was deliberately destroyed.

The very same thing happened last year in the Luke Mitchell case.

This is simply put down to unfortunate errors.

In all seriousness there needs an eventual overhaul of the CCRC.

I'm not just looking at this from Jeremy Bambers perspective either.

The process needs speeding up.

Innocent people  lifes could be drifting away due to ineffectiveness of the CCRC.

The 2 silencer issue will be dismissed by the CCRC.

Either because there was no evidence of a second silencer for the weapon at WHF.

If there is evidence, the CCRC will just say one silencer was used for the massacre.
