I have tried to answer some of your points when I have time like the blue socks issue. But I am just posting what I believe. If I had to go in to more detail all the time I would need to be on this site 24/7. I do have a lot of case knowledge but I did not get that way overnight. I have been studying this case in detail since 2011 though only started posting when I believed I could argue from a solid grounding in the facts. in 2019.
You can pm me if you have a specific question but I am not this sites search  engine just a member like you.

We have ALL studied the case for a very long time and most of us don't mind answering questions or explaining posts. That's what the forum is - for 'discussion'. Now who's acting like a teacher? No one here is interested in sucking eggs though.

I agree Caroline.

As long as it remains respectful

I agree and so it should, but everyone's patience runs raw some times.

As long as Jeremy Bamber maintains innocence, the fight to clear his name will continue

I am not so sure about that Steve, shooting the ASSAILANT would have been acceptable in order to try and save one or more of the victims, but to shoot an innocent victim would have caused an uproar.

Are you suggesting such occurred, Snow?
June being shot by the police is Bubos scenario Jane, but if this did indeed happen then a cover up would have been quite possible in my opinion.

..and the fight to keep the killer of Nevill, June, Sheila, Nicholas and Daniel behind bars will continue from this quarter.

June shot by the police?

I am still getting my head around the police putting the silencer on the murder weapon and deliberately shooting an already dead Sheila.

Then putting the silencer back.

I suppose they have to come up with some scenario, however silly, which puts Jeremy in the clear.

I've no doubt but just because he 'maintains it' doesn't means that's the reality there will always be opposition to that fight. It doesn't mean there can't be civility.

You can continue to call all our Sheila scenarios silly at the moment Steve, but once the Aga burns are accepted as fact, and they will be! Then, the police, yourself and every other person who thinks Bamber is guilty will have to form a NEW scenario that includes the marks.

I can only imagine how SILLY the new Bamber scenarios will sound. :))

It's because people think he is a prick. To be perfectly blunt.

Even if innocent he is tainted by his actions pre and post massacre.

The ITV drama which boosted the case in the general public. Portraying Bamber as a nasty little cocky arsehole. And the relatives and police as struggling hereos for a cause. As snow rightly says

Only the CCRC, or the if it even gets past that stage, the judiciary. Will ultimately decide on the future of Mr Bamber

Rightly so.

Personally I would never get involved in a potential  MOJ. Whether Jeremy Bamber or anybody else.

Remember the Adrian prout case?
