So 4.3 miles would take 17 minutes.

Anywhere I spend 70 minutes walking to, I could definately get there in 15 minutes cycling. Going at 70%.

Espescially on good, flat terrain.

Wilkinson only cut his 70 minute walk time by 50%. So was going at a very slow pace.
