Why else did Bamber burn Nevill's back?

Rage, spite & torture have been suggested.  Three burn marks are not compatible with these.
He didn't Adam, the burns were accidental!

You are talking bollocks.

You have no idea the mindset of Shelia Caffell or Jeremy Bamber.

Your 3 suggestions were bollocks.

You can't torture a dead/unconcious man.

Any rage or spite feelings would be vented in hitting a man and giving him 40+ injuries.

Next suggestion.

Times when the check could have been made -

After the first 4 shots.

During shots 5-8.

After the 8 shots.

----------

These times would be appropriate to seek confirmation of Nevill's status.

This is laughable.

The victim in this case has been shot eight times and brutally beaten.

Poking a rifle into such an individual serves no purpose in the circumstances when a simple pulse check suffices

To then question the state of the mind of the perpetrator is madness when making such assumptions. Whether it was Shelia Caffell or Jeremy Bamber it was an emotive crime. In the case of the latter I've always said it wasn't just money related. They were his adoptive parents from birth. There was a lot of probably hatred and resentment etc. Bamber was probably angered by the resistance of the man who has shaped his life from a babe in arms. I believe it was spite and anger and not a " sign of life check "

Similar to when the twins were shot or whether Sheila woke mid massacre, why Bamber burned Nevill's back does not change the final outcome.

He may have already fired all shots when the burning took place.

You have no idea of the mindset

Your " signs of life check " to a brutally beaten murder victim is laughable and borderline offensive

If Boyce's Aga evidence is pure propaganda Adam, why did the CT bother to send it to the CCRC for consideration?
Surely there must be more to the Aga evidence than pure propaganda?
Boyce must have managed to burn the pig skin on hot parts of the Aga,if not,why pursue the theory at all?

So why did Bamber burn Nevill's back?

He was there to attempt a silent and clinical massacre. Not torture an already dead person.

Any spite or rage feelings would have been negated in inflicting 40+ bruises and lacerations on Nevill.

Stop beating yourself up asking why Bamber burned Nevill's back Adam!
The answer is quite simple, and you know it,he didn't,the Aga did!
Mystery solved!
No spite or rage,no torture,no checking to see if he was dead! Just an accident pure and simple!
Accept this my boy!
