My research into 'scratchmarks', 'paint samples' and [available] 'evidence related crime scene photographs', associated with [and] the 'gathering of item evidential value', and 'how this evidence' was 'brazenly manipulated' by use of a 'stealth dishonesty tactic', aided by [the rules of evidence disclosure, as opposed to decisions made, 'not to disclose] regulatory 'non disclosure' and the 'disclosure of evidence' [rules] , which 'more often' than 'not' supports 'the prosecutions case' and serves 'to weaken' or 'to obstruct' the 'success' [or otherwise] of 'the defence case' which leads me to conclude, that  'these convictions', [Bamber] were 'secured by a reliance' upon 'fake evidence'..

Here are the two locations where 'scratch marks were photographed ' [ bedside cabinet in main bedroom] and the other, 'underneath the shelf of the kitchen aga', one month or so' before the other :-

Main bedroom upstairs photograph,  showing 'a light blue / grayish coloured coating of damaged paint work' [on bedside cabinet] taken on the '7th August 1985'...

Kitchen downstairs photograph, showing a coating of scratched red coloured paint [on underside of aga mantle shelf] taken on the '14th September 1985'..

The Paint sample 'RC/1' WAS taken at the scene on the 8th August 1985, and handed to 'DS Davidson' [exhibits officer], who is on record as saying, some blood had been found on the end of a guns barrel [ but yet, no such evidence regarding this 'contaminated guns barrel' was ever (and still has not yet) been disclosed]..
