Theoretically. And I say this with the David boutflour miraculous discovery in mind. It must have been allowed at Jeremy's discretion.

Otherwise in reality only Jeremy had the right to be there. Apart from of course police officers.

Was all this reference the relatives at the discretion of Jeremy?

From a gulity Bamber scenario it's not a theory. The last thing a guilty man would want is relatives sniffing round the crime scene. Bamber could have just said " don't go in"  " il keep you informed" " I need my time to grieve" he didn't act like that did he

Bamber would know from pre massacre the relatives distate of himself. There was no love lost. Osea kept it cordial. But Jeremy was never close by both sides of admissions prior to WHF. Apart from gatherings and meetings. Both Bamber and Boutflours kept separate lifes

Did the boutflours just do what they wanted?

Stan Jones gave AE the keys & asked her to give WHF a tidy up.

Bamber was on the first of his 5 holidays.

Believe Bamber said he never wanted to go into WHF.

That soon changed as he took the TV & him & Brett removed items for valuation prior to being auctioned at Sotheby's.

This is the kind of common sense questions that people with doubt of JBs guilt ask ILB. Adam says that Jones gave AE the keys and asked her to tidy the house up,but as you say,Jones MUST have had JBs permission to do so,and as you say,the LAST thing a murderer would want was snooping relatives casing the joint.Just dosen't add up,dosen't add up AT ALL.

It does not add up Snow because if guilty JB would not be going on holidays leaving loose ends like the silencer lying around. The phone hidden under magazines, blood on the kitchen windows, the hacksaw blade on the window sill. Oh and he would have tightened the latch on the kitchen window so it did not lock when closed hard!

I wish Adam would consider all this in his JB scenario  ;)

But he had accomplished his mission: five were dead and he was in line for his inheritance. He was disdainful of Barbara Wilson and scornful of domestic staff, hence the way he treated the former post-massacre and why he left the telephone in situ. Maybe the breaking in to the White House on 16 September was to retrieve the silencer, as he felt the net closing in on him.

No Steve he would never have left the silencer in the cupboard in the first place, and I think you know this as well?

Well he did like to play tricks and take risks, some of which are alluded to in Claire Powell's book, Murder at White House Farm, so it wouldn't be out of character. What I have said is that even if the silencer wasn't used in the massacre it doesn't make him innocent. I don't believe he received a telephone call from Nevill, given the relationship problems they had been experiencing for the past couple of years, culminating in the Osea Road burglary.I also believe Julie's evidence, which is damning and very difficult for the Defence to explain away.

Stan had to give those keys at the discretion of Jeremy I am guessing?

As Geoffrey rivlin said himself

People who believe in Bambers guilt would counter that its a created theory. People forget that this isntt EastEnders, or coronation Street. It's real life

I think many guilters opinions are tainted by the verdict. Unable to differentiate between a soap, drama and reality

Exactly Rob,and remember the kitchen window had a latch at the bottom too, which could not be latched by banging the window shut.

Doubtful. It wasn't Bamber's house & he wasn't around. AE was next of kin.

Bamber just needed the top latch to fall into place.
