Trial Evidence of Dr. Hugh Cameron Ferguson
« on: March 23, 2022, 05:58:PM »
Back in 2015, Mike said this:

I am prepared to post the following trial transcripts, from the following witnesses:-

(1) Malcolm Fletcher, ballistics (part transcript)
(2) Bernard Henry Knight, a professor of forensic pathology
(3) Hugh Cameron Ferguson, Consultant Psychiatrist
(4) John Jennery Bradley, Consultant psychiatrist
(5) John Walter Hayward, biologist / blood expert
(6) Peter Venezis, forensic pathologist

Of these, I believe only Dr. Ferguson's evidence is missing.

Any chance that could be added to the archive, please?  Given that the issue of Sheila's condition keeps being brought up, it's relevant to current discussions on the Forum.

Gascoigne, you'll find it under the heading of " Dr Hugh Cameron Ferguson statement dated 30/9/86 " Do a search. This was posted in July 2011.

Thanks, but that's a statement and not what I mean.

What I am looking for is Dr. Ferguson's trial evidence - that is, examination and cross-examination.

It probably doesn't exist.

You may be right, but Mike did seem to think back in 2015 that he had a copy.

I now have this statement from a different source, but others may be interested, if it is in Mike's archives.
