What do we make of JF conduct as witnessed at the time of the murder at the very location of the muder and his actions directly after the murder are the questions before the actually running away from the area question or being chased out. I would love to ask him but feel I will be met with that positive response of " I don't Know . H e himself has no information to give , he heard nothing , he seen nothing even though he was at the very spot at the very time that the murder was being committed, didn't see Luke running away he seen Nothing oh but let's not forget his helpful attitude of pointing the finger at Luke but a week later not so helpful when calls where going out for the two people on the moped to come forward ( maybe he thought getting rid of the moped the very next day would help with not identifying him or maybe it had incriminating evidence and that is the reason he had to get rid or maybe like his curly locks he just didn't like the noisy bike anymore when you add all the circumstantial evidence against these two and and their sudden departure from the area it is but another area to support my doubt in a proper police investigation in to other potential suspects / witnesses in Jodi murder . It is rather astonishing the circumstances around these 2 and their very bad memory in comparison to Shane's not remembering if he seen Luke or not , the weight that has been given compared to people who were at the murder spot at the very time the murder is happening their strange behaviour with getting rid of the noisy bike and the changing of appearance and of course the best one of all not coming forward to assist in your own we're cousins murder Enquiry as I say astonishing how people can not see their bias when assigning weight to evidence ??
JOF & GD were both thorougly checked out and eliminated. It’s all myth that they weren’t. SL wasn’t at the original trial and knows absolutely nothing about the prosecution’s case. She doesn’t even have access to everything in the defence files. Jof & gd’s whereabouts all that afternoon were investigated and tied in with eyewitnesses who saw them. More crucially, their DNA were tested and nothing incriminating was found on Jodi or at the locus, and likewise nothing incriminating from Jodi was found on them. Leonard Kelly (the cyclist who slowed down because he heard the disturbing strangling noises behind the wall) said he could hear a motorbike in the distance (north of the locus) as he cycled by the RDP. The moped boys were certainly quite near the SOC, but not actually at it. LM no doubt heard the moped revving as he was murdering Jodi, just as he probably
had heard LK cycling by (when LK slowed down to listen more carefully to these disturbing strangling noises, the noises stopped, so this is a clear indication that it was a human behind this wall and that they
heard LK slowing down). And LM was in no way intimidated by these boys. Not that type, no shrinking violet, but a known bully and knife wielder and drug dealer. His brother SM even threatened JF at court. So, no reason to be intimidated by these boys, had they beem responsible for this poor young girl’s tragic & brutal death.
LM was totally — abnormally — emotionless throughout the entire investigation and trial. The only emotion he did display was when arguing with police or when not getting his own way (cm coddled & indulged him). No tears for JODJ. Nothing. Even had a new girlfriend in Laura Wightman
days after the murder. Moreover, he didn’t protest his innocence at all, even at trial; an innocent
person would’ve been kicking, screaming and shouting at court when the verdict was returned. Not a peep from LM at all. Even DF never put LM on the stand, for he would’ve incriminated himself even further with his demeanour and attitude. Not a normal teenager. Guilty, imo.
