Such groups are always overly optimistic. Can't see it myself.  I do think there'll be a posthumous exoneration some years down the line.

That's also just one step down from overly optimistic. But no harm in hoping. We all are allowed to fantasize 😊

They have been saying this ever Christmas too, " It's his last Christmas in prison "

Scott Lomax 11 years ago in 2011 said this to the Guardian ....." Scott Lomax, author of Jeremy Bamber: Evil, Almost Beyond Belief?, said: "I would expect Bamber to walk free by the end of the year."

If (more likely when, but lets give them the benefit of the doubt) the CCRC rejects the current submission will this be the beginning of the end for  the CT?

Yvonne seems like a stalwart and would probably stick around even if Bamber treated her badly.  I suspect on some level she has allowed herself to become emotionally involved with Bamber/campaign.

If we find out down the line there are any wild theories in the submissions all of them but especially Sarah Hanover should do the right thing and resign
Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

Well they didn't publish the 'statement of reasons' in 2012 so unlikely they will publish the results of this current submission if as expected it is rejected.  We will probably never know for sure what the submission contained and on what basis the CCRC rejected it.

My guess is they will just continue in the same vein with the false belief that the key to Bamber's freedom lies in undisclosed material.

2002 - second appeal - Bamber 40ish

2012 - second ccrc submission - Bamber 50ish

2022 -third ccrc submission - Bamber 60ish

20 ? - ? - Bamber ?

TIMES RUNNING OUT!

Cutie, I know Yvonne gets all the " bashings" but the dodgy character, founder of Campaign Team Sarah Hanover is hiding. Does anyone even know who she is? ONLY her photo is blurred on the CT website.

Yvonne is very dedicated, I am sorry to say she does not sound articulate and " intelligent", I also find strange she with Philip keeps saying "IF" a lot as if they aren't so sure. I am sure she is a decent lady but she is blinded, she looks older than her age and going by her voice a heavy chain smoker, must be the stress. She has no experience and qualification in this field. Just plenty of time and dedication! Whatever she knows she has learned while her time  with the CT , 11 years.

They are doing podcast left right and centre since airing of the ITV series. It's hurried and unthought, quantity than quality. It's very convincing to those that are new to the case but I guess that's the whole point. Yvonne in one of the podcast said she don't know if Jeremy will be out or not but that their aim is to get the message out that's it's MOJ and he did not do the crime. To me it sounded like it's just a PR campaign to clean Bamber's  image after the ITV series.

Doubt Bamber even celebrates birthdays. In prison it's a normal day. If anything a depressing time as he probably casts his mind back to his 24 and bit years of freedom

I can remember spending Bambers birthday in 1994 I believe cooking a curry with a few others who were  on the wing food boat when we pooled our resources together.

What's a 'wing food boat'?

Back in long lartin in the early nineties we had an unit kitchen to cook and prepare meals. Instead of living in on prison food. Ten or so of us would pool our earnings, education job etc to cook meals etc. The food boat is a group of prisoners who pool resources together so they can then cook a meal that they can share
