Bamber directly & indirectly admitting guilt:
« on: October 21, 2021, 04:44:PM »
To Julie. In her 24 page WS & court testimony.

In his police interviews. Even the CT have not tackled it.

At court. Repeatedly being asked to speak up. 'That is what you have to establish'.

To Liz Rimmington - 'Only I know what happened that night'.

To Brett - 'You will not believe what happened that night'.

To the police & relatives - Pro active and care free actions straight after the massacre.

----------

Obviously these are Bamber going as close as he can to admit guilt. After ringing the police on the 7/8/85 & rounding the suspects down to two.

It seems he was dead chuffed he had committed the perfect frame. Apart from when the police pulled him in. He then went very quiet. He tried to be more affable at court but struggled.

Good article regarding Bamber saying to Brett - 'you will not believe what happened that night'.
'Only I know what really happened that night'.

He only told one person outright - Julie. For a variety of reasons. No one believes Julie would approach the police, compile a 24 page WS & testify because they split up.

However he was itching to tell other people & indirectly did. He would have become more open the safer he felt.

The opposite occurred in his police interviews. Bamber basically saying 'yeah we both know I'm guilty. But you need to get a conviction in court'.

He had to be more open in court. But struggled.

In the recent docu Anthony Arlidge refers to 'That is what you have to prove' but I think it was actually 'establish'.

After his arrest, he still had contempt. As David says -

'He looks straight into the camera and smiles. Not something people tend to do while under arrest'.

If he'd been jumping up and down with anger you'd have still had something to say.

I've amended the thread title.

David are you able to post the referred to video again? It is no longer on your 'Bambinator' thread.

Thanks.

Since conviction Bamber has not been so 'in your face' indirectly admitting guilt.

Some people he engaged with believe he is guilty. Such as CAL, Wilkes & Bob Woffinden.

This forum has 3 long term regular supporters although it's available to hundreds of millions of people.

These supporters support for non evidence reasons.

People I know who have watched the WHF series express surprise at JM being paid £25k but few people are interested enough to look into the case in any detail.

You mean you actually discuss your interest in the case with others?   :o  Bet you get fewer Christmas cards this year!

He's never been given the chance to speak out giving his own version, which has never changed----unlike the chopping and changing with everyone else's versions.

The ITV and Sky programmes helped JB's cause as it brought people's attention to the fact that the investigation was too good to be true. Both programmes contradicted documented evidence. The public aren't stupid.
