Question For Adam and Steve
« on: October 09, 2021, 11:11:AM »
Did all these people lie

Paul Osborne, who ran a Colchester snooker club called Qs, said in a written statement that he knew Jeremy as a pleasant, polite and straightforward person. Osborne added that he seemed to work hard, and enjoyed a good relationship with his family. Charles Lapridge, who sold the Bambers some machinery for the farm, described Jeremy as easy to deal with, and that Jeremy had got on well with his father. He’d never caught whiff of any troubles between Jeremy and the family when he visited the farm. The housekeeper at White House Farm, Jean Bouttell, had worked for the Bambers for twenty years and had never heard Jeremy say anything nasty about his family. A Colchester chartered surveyor, Richard Buck, said Jeremy was a straightforward sort of person. ‘Out of his family, I found it most easy to deal with him.’ The landlord of the Chequers in Goldhanger, described Jeremy as a model customer. 😢
Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

Also Barbara Wilson who'd once said she'd wished her son was like Jeremy------until she turned bandit along with all the others in the clique.
Even Pamela who was shunned for daring to ask after Jeremy.

Not sure how 4 people saying Bamber was nice to them, makes him innocent. One of them 'sold some machinery' so probably barely knew him.

Jean Boutell testified items around the kitchen window had been moved overnight.

Everyone has two sides to them Jackie. If you're a Christian you believe only Jesus Christ is without sin. The character testimonials might get you a Saturday job at Boots (or in Jeremy's case Little Chef off the M11) but they're probably not going to save your bacon on a mass murder charge.

The defence did bring up some character witnesses.

But they were never going to outweigh the dozens of witnesses the prosecution introduced.

Bit weird JackieD bringing up the names of people who testified in 1986. It is not new evidence. The testimonies are 35 years old!

The jury heard the testimonies and found Bamber guilty.

It’s there and black and white that Jeremy got on fine with his fathers but you CHOOSE to believe the word of Mugford who committed 13 cheque frauds, was a drug dealer and bunny boiler who tried to suffocate her boyfriend

Are you crazy ???
Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

No it's specifically mentioned by Barbara Wilson that Nevill thought his son was going to kill him.

As you know we have proof Barbara Wilson lied like Mugford and also you are quoting one person when there are numerous people saying the opposite

Who worked for the Bambers longest Barbara Wilson or the housekeeper

Do you mean the woman who used to char for the Bambers three times a week, or the lady who kept the books and was Nevill's confidante?

Only one WS of BW is on here. That is just to do with the telephones at WHF.

All I've watched & read from BW has been very damaging towards Bamber.
