Has Jimmy Dore been smoking cannabis? He can't look the viewer in the eye. As far as Syria is concerned, there are documents to prove war crimes. https://www.dailysabah.com/world/syrian-crisis/new-documents-reveal-assad-regimes-war-crimes-in-homs

Which naturally leads us to ask, well who was then?
The always present UK intel and BBC. Watch this short presentation by Robert Stuart who has been investigating the fabricated BBC reports since 2014. British Army nurses (Syrian born), who are also political activists for the Syrian opposition are those treating the victims.
The revelation 12 or 13 minutes in, after watching the footage of the "victims", that the doctor in question trains doctors going out to war zones with a whole fake hospital set up in York with injuries and wounds faked by special effects. This was in a BBC documentary and that footage is shown also in this presentation.
UK intel and their tool, the BBC, have many questions to answer but it should be in an International War Crimes Tribunal. The UK have zero legal business to have anyone operating in Syria. Every bomb they have aimed and missile they have fired at Syrian territory is a war crime. There every action in Syria is a war crime.
Watch this. The implications of these findings are huge but for now still not widely known in the UK.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvjTeuSKTW0&ab_channel=RobertStuart

It appears on all the evidence that the UK have not only lied in their reports, they have actively fabricated them. The defeat of the US/UK/NATO aggression in the wider Middle East is having and will have profound effects in International relations and power.
As the US/UK/NATO footprint in the ME disappears there may one day come a reckoning for the appalling crimes committed. Assad should be a witness for the prosecution.

Which chemical attack are they talking about? There have been at least 85 seperate documented chemical attacks since the war broke out.

https://www.armscontrol.org/factsheets/Timeline-of-Syrian-Chemical-Weapons-Activity

Absolving the Syrian government of one instance is rather meaningless.

You have inadvertently raised an interesting aspect. The fact that you are unaware of which alleged attack they are talking about demonstrates your lack of any depth of knowledge and your general ignorance about the ongoing UK/US sponsored aggression against Syria.
A recurring theme in all of the other alleged attacks is the dubious role of the "White Helmets". It is they who have provided all of the footage and "evidence" of previous attacks.
The White Helmets, a supposed first responder civil defence organisation, are so obviously a tool of and paid by Western aggressors, specifically the UK, that any "evidence" or "footage" from them is immediately rendered worthless.
Founded in Turkey in 2014 by the now deceased former UK Army captain and obvious UK intel spook James le Mesurier. He died in a fall from a roof in Istanbul in November 2019 where he either fell/was pushed or committed suicide. This happened just as fraud allegations against him and his dodgy UK Intel sponsored White Helmets were becoming problematic.
Also of note when considering the "White Helmets" is the limited area of operation that they have. The Red Crescent(equivalent of the Red Cross) were attacked, murdered and forced out of the areas where the White Helmets operate. In fact the White Helmets operate exclusively in Jihadi held areas (ISIS, Al Nusra, Al Qaeda et al). They have been filmed taking part in ISIS executions and are self evidently UK Intel agents who also play the role of war atrocity propaganda pushers.
There is a lot to say about the White Helmets and the connections with UK Intel including names and  dates and incidents.
It is a long and interesting story but it will wait for a couple of hours. I am about to go out for a couple of hours but will happily fill in the many details that put all the other alleged attacks in their proper perspective.

And what credible evidence do you have to support this conspiracy theory?

According to this recent 64 page report by the OPCW. The Syrian air-force was behind the chemical attack at Saraqib.

https://www.opcw.org/sites/default/files/documents/2021/04/s-1943-2021%28e%29.pdf

According to the link bellow the "White Helmets" conspiracy theory is part of a pro-Kremlin disinformation campaign.

The idea that these "white helmets" are behind the chemical attacks comes from the Russian ministry of defence twitter accounts and web pages like this -

https://syria.mil.ru/en/index/syria/news.htm

They don't provide any documentary evidence.

https://www.opcw.org/sites/default/files/documents/2020/07/ec94nat37%28e%29%20%281%29.pdf

"Despite the overwhelming evidence proving the Assad regime carried out multiple chemical
weapons attacks, Syria and its enabler, Russia, would have us believe otherwise. They have
launched one outlandish conspiracy theory after another. In one breath they blame the
White Helmets, while in the next they point the finger at a mysterious cabal of Western
backers. When they don’t have the facts on their side, they simply make them up."

Wasn't there a Canadian journalist who also mocked the suggestion that the WH were genuine? She had been on the ground in Syria, in the areas where they were supposed to be 'helping'. It was on telly.

The Syrian opposition are just as bad as the Syrian government. There are no good guys in this sad affair.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Syrian opposition would use Syria's stockpiles of chemicals if they had the means to do so. Assad controls the airspace and thus the rebels have no way to effectively deploy a chemical weapon as you need aircraft. This more or less rules them out as far as I a am concerned.
