This is the only convincing evidence I have seen that indicates the existence of a second silencer.

I believe NGB has seen some additional evidence also.

Surely the convincing evidence is:

1. The two General Examination Records, which show two different silencers in the custody of the FSS.
2. The photographs of Chris Whiddon, which show him screwing on and off the rifle a different model of silencer to the one that was deemed incriminating.

It does appear to me that there were at least two silencers, and I don't necessarily consider it to be a controversial or outlandish point.  After all, it wouldn't be terribly surprising, would it.  This was a gun-owning family.

Another piece of cogent evidence would be Jeremy Bamber's own evidence that there was more than one silencer in the farmhouse at the time, since he wouldn't have reason to lie about that specifically given that the fact is, in itself, neutral, and can - I assume - be easily verified one way or the other.

On a separate note, I have reports of the CPS counsel, Annabel Darlow, telling the court that the blood recovered from the silencer was confirmed to be Sheila's blood, and I see that the administrative judge repeats this in his learned judgment.  Shouldn't counsel be giving accurate advices to the court, and shouldn't judges be a bit more precise on these points, especially when you consider the subject-matter of the application and the incentive for the CPS, and ultimately, Essex Police, to obfuscate?

All examination records I have seen, show the same silencer.

That is new to me. I cant see any difference.

They would show the same silencer wouldn't they ?  ;D     The quickness of the hand deceives the eye.

They don't show the same silencer, in my opinion.  They look like completely different models.  However, one of the GERs is undated, and has a note scrawled at the foot of it by a Justice For All activist, so may be of doubtful provenance.
