If there was a distinct clear-cut suicide note written by Sheila, that was known to the investigators why were the relatives not informed about it and how on earth did JB get convicted?

Much like Nevils alleged call, the logical answer is there was no note in the first place.

Why would Essex Police make an entry in one of the four different versions of the 'Crime scene Property Register'  that such an handwritten note existed, if it did not?

Additionally, the 'bloodied Palm Print'  on a page in one version of three separate bibles recovered at the scene, would have been of great significance -

If it had been Sheila's hand that was responsible for making the bloodstained palm print, it would raise serious concerns regarding the claim that she was or had been shot twice in quick succession upstairs on the main bedroom floor and end up with the edge of the open and overturned Bible resting on top of the upper part of her right arm. The Bible with the bloodstained page was obviously a significant piece of evidence capable of indicating that there had been a delay between the two shots, and that only one of the two shots could have been inflicted whilst Sheila's body was on the main bedroom floor, and because there simply would not have been sufficient time for Sheila to contaminate the page of the bible, and in between two shots fired in quick succession into her neck!  Additionally, if Sheila's body had been upright when she received the first of two shots inflicted in quick succession how was it possible for her to make the bloodstained palm print on the bibles page, or and even more astonishingly, how the Bible had ended up resting on top or against her outer/upper right arm?

The rifle was subsequently photographed in several positions on the right hand side of Sheila's body, with the fingers of her right hand resting upon the gun close to the trigger mechanism, and suggesting that if she had shot herself twice in quick succession, she had activated the trigger with the forefinger(s) of her right hand,  and that she was right handed.  But Jeremy told me on several occasions that his sister was left handed (Jeremy himself is left handed).which makes the position of Sheila's body as depicted on the bedroom floor in the disclosed crime scene photographs to have been faked!  So, how if that be true, then who was responsible for stage managing Sheila's body there with two bullet entry wounds to her throat the rifle resting on the right hand side of her body, and the bloodstained Bible against her upper right arm?

With 100% certainty, it was not Jeremy Bamber who is responsible for staging her suicide on the main bedroom floor - it was the police!

more dried blood on the bloodstained Bible page, than was ever present one month or so later, found inside the Sound moderator, and whoevers blood it is / was is key in helping to establish who did what, where, how, when, and why?

We know that the police seized three bibles and that there was a bloodied palm print on one of its pages!  So, this raises two avenues of investigation (A)  Who's hand was responsible for transferring blood onto the bible page?  And (B)  to whom did the blood belong to, and or originate from?

(3) Who's hand had made the palm print found there?

Sheila?
June?
Neville?
A third party?

The disclosed witness statements in this matter of firearm officers who contained the farmhouse, and those who entered the farmhouse acting under the command of PI Montgomery, and not when they were acting under the command of PS Adam, and can be categorised by reference to the conflicting 'timed' contents contained in police radio message logs, versus the disclosed witness statements which were typed out with a degree of malice aforethought !

Both versions cannot possibly be true!

By the time the debrief got underway at Witham Police Station in the evening of the first day of the investigation (7th August 1985),  non of the raid team had made witness statements about what they were confronted by as they went from room to room, and they were told at this debrief to make sure that the location and position of victims bodies were reported as having been discovered as per those shown in PC Birds photographs that he had taken at the scene from just after 10am, that same morning!

Sorry I have been left behind on this case. Am I correct in assuming that there was a suicide note? if so who is in possession of this note and I cannot recall hearing of this at the trial?

I would hazard a guess that it's Newby, JB's solicitor.  To be used with other items of interest on the 29th of this month after adjournment.

The note was highlighted in January of this year when its " findings " were published in the Daily Star this year. No statement was ever mentioned that the note had been found back in 1985 and was only " found " during interviews with the Met in 2001.
Tapes which were made in  a 2001 interview between the Met and Essex police could/ should well have exonerated him but we'll have to see what the 29th throws up.
Ironic to think that it was SJ who provided this evidence. It's not been disputed by Essex police.

Apparently it was SJ himself who'd said that it was 4 murders and a suicide because of the note which had on it " I've killed myself " and this is on the taped interview. Not only was the note dismissed, but also the blooded Bible which had been next to Sheila. No details of either.
This is a damning tape where SJ states that"  you  don't go looking through cupboards and drawers etc when it's a murder suicide as you would if it was 5 murders ", so I don't quite know what his game was at that juncture.

Why would the CT need a forensic report? They must have read it as they are saying it is a suicide note. Thought they would have published the wording of the note.
