Thanks but I don't see where it states she was on medication? It says that medication was being prepared but that she ran from the hospital before taking it and in a BBC article, she apparently stated to people that she was NOT taking her meds.

I agree that she probably wasn't taking her medication, but once again, the main focus of the articles is about the alleged failings of the health service rather than the crime itself. I wonder if violence whilst someone is on antipsychotics is reported very much.

The woman was quite normal-----until she had a psychotic attack and turned into a brutal killer.
