Where did he state that?
Its in Wilkes book? Wilkes credits thanks to Stan Jones for his input and Jeremy Bamber.

But you don't know what the jury convicted him on. I doubt that it was his response to being told that Sheila didn't kill herself.

Did the issue come up in the appeal or not? I don't recall that it did.
exactly you dont know what the jury were discussing nor do i ,your being a bit silly to suggest they never convicted him on that fact alone as i never said they did, what issue you talking about.i say it it one more time the judges at the court of appeal did NOT FREE JB.can you understand that

Not in a statement from Stan Jones then.

Where is the proof that he was able to?

We could go round in circles. I don't think his response was indicative of either guilt or innocence.
we dont go around in circles cause jb is in the nick you go around in circles :))

No it’s in Wilkes book like I said, he interviewed him.  PACE wasn’t in force  at the time, NGB might confirm this?  Does that info need to be in a statement, the fact he was writing questions and answers down?

Even if it was in a statement posters don’t believe it anyway, so it makes no difference I suppose.

kaldins opinion are understandable because there were 2 members of the jury that were like him but thankfully justice was done :)

Obviously when being told Sheila was murdered, it would be normal to be in shock & disbelief. He had voluntered a lot of information to the police suggesting Sheila had committed murder/suicide. .

He may ask -

Who said this?

Can I speak to the expert?

Are there any suspects?

Was it a burglary gone wrong?

How could a burglary end up in a massacre?

Has been more than one expert opinion?

Do the police believe it was one or more murderer.

Who else was Nevill referring to when phoning him?

How can I help?

------------

Instead Bamber just shrugged his shoulders & suggested Crispy, nerves or a woman (she) fired the second shot.

That has to be one of the best posts Adam has made. EVERY one of the questions he's listed are surely the obvious ones an innocent Jeremy -or anyone else- would have asked. Instead, he became defensive, sarcastic, and at times, offensive.

So would I be if some half-wit was asking me questions about something which didn't concern me.

Are you saying that ten members of the jury convicted Jeremy because they didn't like his replies in an interview?

The thread was created to confirm Sheila was knocked out after the first shot. Partly due to Bamber's police interviews.
