Then I made a mistake. The Defence must have thought he had an opportunity to plant A type blood though.

he was there and he saw the silencer being discovered

Not at Oak farm when they examined it.

he was the one who told the police about it though ? So he must have seen the blood at some stage .

I will check if he was there when it was dismantled .

Not that it makes much difference tbh - when the jury asked they were not told there was a chance it was his blood and unless he was specifically asked did you handle the silencer we are none the wiser .

I still say that RWB cut himself changing the baffles around.

David said he didn't unscrew it at all.

And couldn't remember if she'd been on a shoot as he stood there with his supercilious grin spluttering his way through the trial.

we cant say that because it was his son who allegedly tried to unscrew the silencer to have a closer look - he did not admit to succeeded . I think he gave more detail in the Dickenson report

it was david who was questioned in court in general if he had ever cut himself whilst shooting not specifically whilst handling the evidence .

Then again, DB also had the AK1 enzyme as did the Boutflour family according to their test results.

No it was Robert. Funnily enough David1819 made the same assumption.

I’ve got the video Ewen Smith talking about the dodgy silencer evidence . I will post it later
Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

I found this strange.  If he tried to unscrew the endcap to access the baffles he would have succeeded.  It is very easy.
