So why would he claim two opposite scenarios are true?
why would the star prosecution witness continue for a certain amount time continue accompanying him, sleeping with him and professing to love the bones of him, only ceasing to do so and approaching the police upon him dumping her " this so called road to Damascus moment" why would the relatives take the tenandcy of whf after what happened? Would you want to be near such a place armed with the knowledge of what ghastly deeds took place. And reference Jeremy referring to two different scenarios, maybe after fighting for almost 35 years he is tired and is trying every avenue to get to the appeal court. For a moment imagine if you are innocent and have been fighting for 30 odd years.......

Police records show that there were 3 Parker Hale silencers----SBJ1--DB1 and DRB1 and were seized by EP in 1985 in preparation for the 2002 appeal. Tests were carried out on one of the three to analyse DNA on the internal baffles. It wasn't known which one of the three that was examined for the appeal.

Of course you will black and white it. ( But you never do when the same logic is applied to you)

How can his culpability be 'the point' within the context of police officers re-writing incident logs?  I couldn't see any logs attached to your post.

More and more I'm getting the impression that you couldn't care less about Jeremy's guilt. The prisoner could actually be anyone because it doesn't seem to be about their guilt/innocence. It gets dismissed as being an "entirely different matter" It's about getting at the police.

Are you saying it was known, in 1985, that an appeal was being prepared for 2002? I hadn't realized that silencers were capable of breeding. Does it make them amoeba's?

Perfectly. My bro in law is in the Met and my friend's late husband interviewed Jeremy at Bourtree.

Oh no, they don't breed. If EP said there were three then there were three !

But three code numbers don't necessarily make three items.

No, I'm advocating we deal with it (for now) as distinct issues.  Or, if you really wanted to, you could connect them by turning the matter on its head...

If Jeremy Bamber is responsible for the killngs, why did the police need to attempt re-write the incident log?

Tell that to EP, not me.

If they 're-wrote' it, it would say something new/different - it doesn't!
