It depends on whether people want to " pick holes " in the prosecution and the answer here is a resounding NO !

If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

you was pro Bamber then like Jane and Caroline and switched with no reasoning? The funny fact of the whole scenario is i am and never was pro Bamber ,despite being in prison with him.and I as well as others can pick flaws in the prosecutions arguments whilst remaining (in my case) on the fence.😏😏😏

Without reasoning? Don't be silly - have you been in convo with David?  ;D ;D ;D ;D

RJ is connected the family?

RJ likes to give the impression he is impartial (you didn’t know he’s connected to the family)

There two on here RJ close to the fam and Steve who is Julie’s mate/relative
Julie Mugford the main prosecution witness was guilty of numerous crimes, 13 separate cheque frauds, robbery, and drug dealing and also making a deal with a national newspaper before trial that if she could convince a jury her ex boyfriend was guilty of five murders she would receive £25,000

Really? Did you ever meet Mike Tesco when you were in prison. He briefly shared a cell with Jeremy. I don't know if he thought he was innocent, but he spent a long time thinking up ways to get him released, but that's an entirely different thing.

go on then I will bite, I haven't come up with any " crackpot conspiracy theories" I look at the matter without any emotion. Bamber was done on a ten to 2 for five counts of murder with a jilted fraudulent girlfriend as the main witness and a dubious sound moderator ( not silencer) as the main two planks against him....

In which the judge kept repeating to the jury that he can be convicted just on the silencer. Is it court policy to speak like that to a jury ?

It was " A" silencer which could have been any one of them but obviously not the bashed one as it wasn't mentioned. It'd be the one with AK1-Sheila's blood on it---AK1 being the same as rabbits blood too.

None of which means he's innocent. This laboured "fraudulent" thing is a bit of a joke, really. Having read what the bank manager had to say, it seems that because they paid the money back he was more than happy to forget the whole thing. It amounted to what? £600 ish? Rather less that that which Jeremy stole from the Holiday park office -around £900?- but of course, as it belonged to his family, supporters claim it wasn't theft. Okay, if it wasn't theft, Julie can't be said to have been an accomplice or accessory to it. I believe any drugs she sold were on his behalf, which is way off being the dealer supporters claim her to be.

600 quid is not a small amount ( can't comment on your back ground ) for the mid eighties. Tellingly is Julie getting Susan to go to the bank. A control element on her behalf?
