Crime Scene photograph No.23 was taken by someone stood on the middle landing of the main stairs looking into the main bedroom, capturing the anshuzt rifle resting against the window - at the trial both Ron Cook and PC David Bird told deliberate lies about who had placed that rifle there and who had taken the photograph - Ron Cook stated that he had placed that rifle there before photograph 23 was taken, and PC Bird stated that he had taken that photograph...

But Crime scene photographs, 23, 24, and 25 were taken by the 1st team of SOCO, prior to the scene being handed over to the 2nd team of SOCO. DC Oakey or DC Henderson must have taken the photo' showing the rifle at the bedroom window (23) because we know that DC Oakey was still inside the farmhouse in order to take photo' No.25 which showe the rifle in Sheila caffells possession with its barrel resting against the left side of her neck...

The sequence with which these photographs were taken, therefore, confirms that the rifle at the bedroom window (23) was at thye window prior to it being moved onto Sgheila caffells body in photograph No.25 - THIS PROVES THAT THE POLICE THEMSELVES STAGED SHEILA CAFFELLS DEATH SCENE ON THE MAIN BEDROOM FLOOR, yet during the trial and since, it has been the Crowns case that Jeremy Bamber had been responsible for doing it...

1 x .22 RIFLE AUTO
3 maybe 4 x DOUBLE BARREL SHOT GUN
1 X .22 RIFLE (BOLT ACTION)

Bear in mind, that in 2003 /2004, I was taking advice from two firearm enthusiasts, who had previously testified in a murder suicide case!

These 'experts' were named as 'Glen' Smith, and 'Keith Mallinson, the former was the owner of 'junction 36 shooting range, the latter was a supervisor in the business (otherwise known to members, as 'a range officer's) - I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever in my mind that between these two persons, that there wasn't much which could escape an opinion on their part! I had seen nothing these people at close quarters, carrying out their duties in firearms and shooting business, as well as their involvement in 'fireworks displays', involving explosives, that they didn't have a valid opinion about!

These two people knew their stuff, and to me they were just as qualified as any firearms expert that the prosecution could present as part of their case!

What I found out, whilst engaging in the exchange of information regarding these shootings, in particular, the two shots sustained by Sheila Caffell, was that the .22 BSA air rifle could not have inflicted either shot one (bullet PV/19, or the second shot (bullet PV/20) by virtue of the fact that there was evidence of residue deposits around the circumference of both of the aforementioned bullet entry wounds!

Once, they satisfied my curiosity regarding which type of weapon had been used in 'the shooting of Sheila Caffell', it became clear that there were only two possible known weapons at the scene capable of inflicting both shots, as described...

These two weapons were, (1) - Anthony Pargeters .22 Bruno bolt action rifle, and (2) - the Bamber owned, .22 anshuzt rifle!

I then requested their opinion on the likelihood of one of these rifles, as opposed to the other, being more likely to have been the weapon used to shoot and kill Sheila Caffell?

In response to my query, they said that there was a significant discrepancy, involving the credibility of the bullet in connection with the first non fatal shot (bullet PV/20)! They pointed out that at the time of the autopsy performed on 7th August 1985, that the pathologist (Peter Venesis) had removed a piece of badly fragmented bullet, but by the time the prosecution's ballistic expert (Malcolm Fletcher) received the said bullet (PV/20), it had mysteriously been described as ' a WHOLE bullet'!

Moreover, as a result of 'it' being described as a whole bullet as of the 20th September 1985, the prosecution's ballistic expert (Fletcher) was able to conclude that Sheila had been shot twice, by way of the same anshuzt rifle!

It was clear, that the authorities had interfered with the identity of the original piece of badly fragmented bullet, that Venezis took from Sheila Caffell's neck on 7th August 1985...

Why did Essex police tampered with the original piece of badly fragmented bullet, recovered from Sheila's neck at some time between 7th August and the 20th September 1985?
