In my opinion, its a futile task trying to piece together what happened that night in terms of the phone the calls. As there are too many contradictory claims tainted testimony and edited logs ect.

The best attempt to solve in enigma of the phone situation in my opinion is from a user names "Bill Robertson" who posted this in 2014. A very interesting read.

Although I think JB is probably guilty  and am unconvinced there was a call from Neville, I do find this interesting,  although unfortunately we don't know who Bill Robertson is or whether he knows his facts as he claims I don't believe this should be dismissed out of hand without due consideration.

I have a feeling that " Bill " is connected to the case. He was too precise to have been just an onlooker on a forum.
 Sometimes,you DO get the odd honest person who feels that they have to say something regardless of the amount of years that have gone by,because to themselves they feel a sense of relief that it's at least off their chest to speak about it,though one voice in a crowd doesn't make that much of an impact,it does give others food for thought which is why his post has been brought to the fore.

1. Nevill was not in a panic when he phoned PC West
2. Cracknell and Norcup slowed down on route to WHF as a result of further information received, because it became apparent that there was going to be an armed siege.

There has never been any doubt in my mind that Jeremy has been innocent . Don't ask me why but I knew back in 1985 that he was the wrong man and Jeremy knew himself that what was happening to him was wrong too.
I'm so glad that things are looking positive and I can truthfully say that it'll come as no surprise to see him freed sooner rather than later.

Yes, that was the case in 2014; I have been able to access other sources since then, including police documentation not on this website and considerably more has become apparent about what happened between 03:30 and 04:00 that day If you can get a bet on a William Hill, put some money on JB being released next year.
