i agree caroline but what if the telephone call really happened and neville did call jb. We still wouldnt be able to clearly identify how shiela comitted the murders as she is not here to tell us.

It seems unfair that sc is innocent as no forensics but jb guilty with no forensics. The police are to blame for this as they didnt do a good enough job in any area.

sorry will have to sign off for today as have painting to do .

It is correct that the only forensic evidence linking Bamber to the massacre, is his phone call to the police saying Neville had phoned him. He was padded and didn't leave any evidence at the crime scene.  In this case, that's all that is needed.

It is also correct that there are over a 100 pieces of evidence which show it was not Sheila. Meaning it was Bamber.

Fact - The windows were freshly painted in June and July that same year

Fact - The police conducted thorough investigations of all the windows looking for evidence of forced entry in early September. They found no evidence of any forced entry such as hack saw marks.

Fact - Jeremy entered the farm on the 16th of September via the bathroom window with the hacksaw.

Fact- Police find hacksaw marks in early October.

This is forensic evidnence that shows Jeremy did not enter via the bathroom window until the 16th of September.

As previously asked, what has the windows being painted before the massacre got to do with anything ?

No one knows when Bamber made the scratch marks on the window. Only that it was Bamber.

The police would not have noticed or considered the scratch marks on the window until finding the hack saw, which was several yards from the window. As said in post 97 , Bamber had several days to get paperwork apparently at WHF. To suggest he wouldn't arrange to go through the front door is not credible.

Did Bamber bring his own hacksaw to WHF, to get in through the bathroom window. Or did he luckily find it by the bathroom window.

It is strange that Bamber said he just needed a penknife to get in through numerous windows, yet claims he used a hacksaw after the massacre.

I suspect the hacksaw was used pre massacre to ensure a quiet entry on the night. He didn't need to do the same on the kitchen window, as he was exiting from there after everyone had died. So no reason to be quiet.

I don't think it's unfair, given that the lack of forensics was due to his deliberate actions.

There is over 200 other pieces of forensic and circumstantial evidence which incriminates Bamber. The silencer being the one supporters like to discuss.

How many more times do I have to say this ?

I wish to god you wouldn't say it again. But i dont think my prayers will be ansered!

Adam. Seven month ago you are on record saying there are 30 pieces of evidence.

In the last few month you have claimed 100. Now you are saying 200 pieces? This is just getting stupid

Seven months is seven months. My library has 39 threads. Some focusing on one piece, others on several.

My 200 quote today was including circumstantial evidence.
