COLP obtained all the transcripts from the trial, as part of thier investigation...

The conclusion actions secured against Bamber were secured by a reliance of fabricated evidence...

It's very easy to say the evidence relied upon to secure the conviction was fabricated, proving it is a different matter. However, in this instance, the statement that Bamber was convicted by a reliance upon fabricated evidence can be proven - police who entered whf did not confront an armed Sheila Caffell once police got into the farmhouse. She was, in fact, shot by a police officer downstairs, and shot a second time, upstairs. In both instances, Sheila did not activate the trigger mechanism of the anshuzt rifle...

Police who shot Sheila know full well, that the silencer purchased by Ralph Bamber was not fitted to the barrel of either gun which was used to shoot her. The blood, paint and scratch mark evidence, was contrived between relatives, dodgy coppers, and lab' experts. Introduced so that a compelling argument could be presented to the jury, that Sheila could not have removed the silencer after she died upstairs in the bedroom, and hide the silencer downstairs in a box in a cupboard in the den. The pathologist who conducted the autopsies on the bodies of the five victims, makes no mention whatsoever of a silencer having been used when any shots were fired. But more astonishingly, the anshuzt rifle which supposedly fired the fatal shot beneath the chin, was never on or near the body in the bedroom any time between 7.15am, and 10.17am, that same morning, except for when a police officer brought it from the bedroom window, to Sheila's body, in order to gauge whether or not, her arms were long enough to fire the gun at the time the other four victims were shot. The rifle was brought from its position at the bedroom window at 9.13am, and laid on her body, to carry out the aforementioned 'gauging exercise', and by the time the fingers of her right hand activated the trigger mechanism sending that fatal (PV/20) bullet up through her chin and the roof of her mouth, before depositing in her brain, police were satisfied that she could have used the rifle to shoot the other victims. In addition, it became self evident that had she wanted to, Sheila could have shot herself under the chin and killed herself, even though police knew that she hadn't, and did not...

There are some amongst us, who challenge the window on the first floor of the farmhouse at which 'the rifle' was seen by WPC Julia Jeapes. Some believe that the window in question was a room referred to as 'the box room'. But a rifle was never found or photographed at any stage resting against, or anywhere near the box room window. There was only one rifle found upstairs, and photographed up stairs at the farmhouse, that was 'the anshuzt rifle'. Now everyone is free to believe what they want to, but if the 'Anshuzt rifle' was the rifle 'resting at the box room window', at 7.15am when WPC Jeapes reports seeing it, let's says for arguments sake, resting against 'that' box room window, then how did it manage to find its way onto Sheila's body, with her hand grasping it, and the muzzle of the rifle barrel pointing in the region of her throat by the time PC Bird, took crime scene photographs, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32, etc?

How and in what circumstances did the anshuzt rifle, get from the window of the box room, at let's say for arguments sake, at 7.15am, to the main bedroom window by the time Ron Cook and the other SOCO took control of the scene at around 10 O'clock, and then end up on top of Sheila's body, as per the sequence with which WPC Jeapes reported the sighting of the rifle at the window, and the sequence with which PC Bird photographed the rifle resting against the main bedroom window frame, and then on Sheila Caffells body?

How could Jeremy Bamber have influenced any of these / those described events?

Only one rifle was seen, found, photographed, seized, upstairs. That was / is the anshuzt rifle...

How then could Jeremy Bamber have shot and killed his sister, stage managed the crime scene by placing the rifle on her body to make it look like she had shot herself? Could somebody wiser than me please explain how Jeremy Bamber had managed to do all the things they claim he did, so as to fool police into accepting that Sheila had killed herself, as well as that she had shot the other four victims?

Whether or not, you choose to believe, that Sheila's body was on the bed, before her body ends up on the bedroom floor, somebody had to bring 'the anshuzt rifle' from a window, be it the box room window, or the main bedroom window, and position 'it' on the body - that person could not possibly have been Jeremy Bamber...

Impossible...

If there was a silencer fitted to the barrel of the rifle which fired that fatal shot beneath Sheila Caffells chin, then the police would have known about it, one way or the other. With this in mind, the officer who brought the rifle from the window and placed it on the body, has been withholding key information, which would have settled the question of the silencers integrity as a prosecution prop, and also satisfied the minds of the jurors that Jeremy Bamber had not killed his sister, after all...

Taking everything I have spoken about into account, this means does it not, that (a) police hid the silencer in the gun cupboard, or (b) police know relatives helped frame Bamber by introducing it into the case...
