Don't feel sorry for me Lookout, I didn't try selling pictures of a dead relative to scrape some cash together for a bit of a hol. I guess you don't feel sorry for gringo, or anyone else who keeps trying to deny that Jeremy tried to sell pictures of his murdered sister? You should because all their attempts to try and disprove it, have fallen flat because Jeremy used the same phrase to both Colin and Fielder when he described the picies. I don't think you don't feel sorry for me Lookout, you just don't like the fact that you can't argue against the the article being kosher and that it all looks bad for on Jeremy.

I have come to the conclusion that your interest in the case is by far greater than mine. You're quite carried away. I don't need to argue about anything as my mind was already made up 30 years ago and I stand firm by my decision. Anything else that's included along with all the other hearsay is just done to further blacken the name of the " accused " and doesn't serve any purpose in a forthcoming appeal.

I think you've proved your point well, you have backed it up with the statement - you could post a video of the meeting and you still wouldn't convince EVERYONE here.

Personally I don't think how anyone on either side can not see what happened.  But it's a strange world!

I'm not sure what you're talking about to be honest. The Sun didn't call DB to tell him the pictures would be published. The article about the pictures was published on 17th September not 10th.

ahh there must have been another bombshell in the press then. Would be interesting to see the reports from that time.

- So colin and David spoke( after the photograph discussion about more slides that Jeremy agreed to hand back to colin)  and david told him all about what was going to come out in the paper . I do remember now that Colin did say it was bad that the family had to feed him information about their discussions with the police.

So w don't know for sure that Colin did not tell DB about the slides . We don't know what connections DB had with the press or how far they would go to blacken his name.

So as far as I am concerned we still have  a proven liar of a sun reporter against a possible Liar JB .

Hello Jan the words Jeremy used to Colin about the explicit photo's were the same exact words used by the Sun so they can only have come from Jeremy not anyone else. Colin did not know that this was coming out in the paper he was shocked when he saw the front page of the Sun.  Hope we are still on the explicit photo's as I am now getting confused.

I am interested in the dates - Caroline previously said Brett was in contact with fielder already when Jeremy was first arrested. So perhaps Brett let it slip before the meeting

If the meeting and article was after this( the first arrest) which I believe it was - then Jeremy knew he was a suspect - does it not seem absolutely ridiculous that he would put himself in the frame by doing what the sun said he did?  That is the reason  why I can not believe it - nothing to do with whether he was innocent or guilty - Why on earth would he do it? this is allegedly a man who meticulously planned the almost perfect murder and yet he would put himself in the frame by doing something so stupid?


And how do we know that colin did not moan to DB about Jeremy on the phone - You know the type of thing - you would not believe what Jeremy has done - cleared the flat without asking and also he has some photos of Sheila I want back - etc etc.

And we know DB was in contact with the press as well - So Although caroline thinks I am making excuses , I am actually looking at other possibilities . That's all . Like COLIN said he thought the family were ganging up on Jeremy . It only takes one slip of the tongue and the information is out there - not deliberately - but it is out there and it can be used.

Jan cannot help you with dates I only know what is in Colin's book.  When the story broke Jeremy had not been arrested as Colin said he posted a letter to Jeremy asking for the photo's back but it was too late the story broke on the front page of the Sun.  Brett contacted the Sun and travelled from London to Essex with the reporter to give them a story on how Jeremy was being questioned by EP. Hope I am making sense

I just read he was arrested on 8th Sept and questioned for 4 days - so that would mean DB called and told Colin about an impending press bombshell ( perhaps his guilt not the photos) before the police had even finished interviewing him  . Nothing like making assumptions?

Yes he was arrested on Sunday 10th September at Moreshead Mansions. As for him doing inexplicable things,why on earth would you climb back into the White House through a window when you had been suspected of doing exactly the same with malice aforethought several weeks previously?
