what did you mean to pick.

It reminds me of the early days where Mike was the only member for a few months. He kept setting these polls up, every single one of them found in favour of an innocent JB.

It was close though, there was always only one vote in it!!!  :D

For what it's worth I am now probably erring on the side that he is indeed guilty.

However, given that I have not seen anywhere near enough evidence, in a court of law I would find him Not Guilty as in my opinion the legal threshold of 'beyond reasonable doubt' has not been met in my mind, simply as there are still so many unknowns out there.

Polls like this are meaningless.  What counts is WHY people think he is innocent, guilty or the case wasn't prove.  I can and have presented many times the evidence that was used to prove he was guilty and thus why I know he is guilty.

Time and again Jeremy supporters are asked for the reasoning behind believing he is innocent and yet never is a rational case presented for the position.  If people do attempt to explain their views a little it usually consists of false claims mixed with illogical reasoning and most of the things cited end up being things already rejected as bogus by the Court of Appeals and/or CCRC

I'm still waiting for a cogent position explain why someone who thinks he is innocent believes that to be the case.
