Seeing is believing. If the jury had be taken to the farm and it was demonstrated that the window actually locked when it was banged from the outside then, I would have believed it.
The thing I don't get is that he is supposed to get in through the bathroom window and left via the kitchen window. There is not one piece of forensic evidence to back this scenario up that was produced at trial.
OK, the family and Barlow said after the window was banged it closed....Seeing as Barlow was a close friend of the family I would have thought the defense would have wanted a demonstration.
Even if it was determined that the window did lock this is only demonstrates that it could be done it does not mean that it was done on the night in question although it could have been possible.
There was no witnesses nor forensics to prove that Jeremy did this on the 7th.
