In actual fact scipio Mike said he stole the photo from the album on the desk of Ewen Smith and then put it in the CCRC's letter box. So I don't know why that has now morphed into a detective taking it? I'm confused.

That must have been before my time.  He didn't mention anything about stelaing it that I saw.  The fact he keeps changing his account though only makes it worse.

It already is an incredible claim without having to tell more than 1 story of how he saw it or what he did with it.

He might not possess anything worth suing him for but sometimes defamation suits are more for principle.  He should think about that before dragging people into his fish stories.

Yes. Apparently he sent it to the prison where staff opened it and confiscated it. Presumably they still have it.

One was sent to the prison where is still apparently sits in Jeremy's prison file. The second wasn't posted in the CCRC letter box it was apparently handed to someone on guard/reception.

I would have thought they would have handed it to their "bosses" they would not want to get involved .

Confiscated as in seized, impounded, appropriated. NO, Scipio, I doubt very much that Jeremy's lawyers saw it. Why would they?

tbh -I am not sure I have ever believed this .

 

it would be easy to make it fit what the police said in the first few days , but unless I saw it with my own eyes I would have to be sceptical.

Right again scipio.  He originally claimed he sneaked a quick peek at the photos while Smith was out of the room.  Now the story has changed so what's new.

You can add that defamation to the others, especially the claim that a certain Essex copper shot Sheila.

I advised Mike to do just that if he had such a photo.

Which is another reason I don't buy it.

I already didn't buy it because:
 
1) police would have no reason to move her body from the bed to the floor wihin the first 10-20 minutes of finding her body
2)  it would require all police who went upstairs to lie
3) if they were going to move her body and all lie WHY would they take a photo of he rin bed before moving her?
4) there would be blood on the bed instead of the pool of blood on the bedroom floor.

Mike's accounts just make it more unbelievable.

He effectively claimed he stole it from the CCRC and then sends it right back to them instead of giving it to Jeremy's lawyers to use in a submission to the CCRC?
