Well it appears that if Bamber is innocent then only a miracle will get him out of gaol now. This is one thing that keeps me doubting his guilt. If he was guilty then I believe he would have confessed by now so that at least he would get a chance to see freedom in his lifetime? Only a guess mind you, for I cannot vouch for the state of his mind.
I am of the opinion that if there is a million to one chance that a convicted person is after all innocent then I will search even to the point of exhaustion to find evidence that may show them to be. But Simon McKay bowing out is indeed gloom and doom for Bamber.
