It is much more likely, I think that with half a dozen or so firearms officers following one another into the kitchen that mist of them, particularly those following in the queue behind, had the barrels of there weapons pointing upward so as to prevent shooting a colleague in the back, and that it was at this time the lamp shade got broken - by the barrel of a gun belonging ti the police...

 Those blue socks would have been worn by Sheila,then the slippers/ canvas shoes which were taken by one of the officers who apparently said to AE " you didn't see those ?".

Because of the small amount of blood on the sole/heel of Sheilas' foot,it tells me that she must have worn something on her feet,or how did she come by the blood on her feet if she'd have been asleep in bed,then dead on the floor ?

No one has presented any evidence of blood on her feet. Those who saw her body said there was none.

No there was a claim made by Jeremy to the newspapers that a photo that may or may not have been of Sheila's foot had blood on it.  The supposed blood looked liek dirt or just marks to the skin not blood and only a test of the body could determine whether any marks were blood.  he people who actually saw her feet and examined her said there was no blood.
