Mugfords statements in Third Party
« on: August 12, 2014, 01:54:PM »
Another question for Ngb

It has been talked about many times on this forum that Mugfords statements appear to have been written by someone else ie third party

Surely the solicitors, barristers in this case can easily tell if this has happened and is this allowed in a court of law

The only emotion Mugford showed was when being questioned in court, which made it almost impossible to question her.  She would probably have done almost anything to get out of being cross examined if it could easily have shown she was a liar

According to the contents of a police action report she reported the so called confessions of Jeremy to the police in the third person on that date (7th September 1985) a clear indiaction that she had been told what to say be somebody else..

She said that Jeremy told her that MM committed the crimes for him and thus that he was receiving the details of how the crimes were committed from MM.

So sensitive, is the content of that first confessional witness statement, that it has never been disclosed during the 29 years or so that this case has been in the public eye...

What we are talking here about, is the very strong likelihood that someone put words into Julie Mugfords mouth at the time of such an alleged confession (7th September 1985)...

Well, the closest anyone ever got to seeing what Mugford said to police when she allegedly volunteered information to police about the alleged role that Jeremy playing in the deaths, was the hand written witness statement, written in the handwriting of DS "Stan" Jones, drafted up between 8th and 9th September 1985...

For some reason, the police and the prosecuting authorities do not want anyone to see the content of this so called confessional stsatement made in the third person, in Julie Mugfords name, dated, 7th September 1985...

Perhaps this is because it was written up in DS "Stan" Jones own hand writing...

Can somebody post it for us all to read, to allow us to make our own minds up...

It's hidden because it probably shows that Julie Mugford was making the story up!  Hence the numerous other interviews

that is completely off thread and you have lots of other threads asking the same question that posters can go to if they so wish.

And in your question "think" is the operative word.
