Cheers for that Hartley,  it's  always good to eliminate myths where ever they're found. ;)

They never get 'eliminated' they come back eventually - sadly!!

The very, last thing I would like to add, is that if anybody is looking to have a new house designed, then please contact me via PM.  :P

Yes, I fought long and hard to have that squished and back it comes to do the rounds again!! However, in my mind that's something well and truly put to bed. (Still irks me when I hear mention of it though!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D)

Thank you hartley for your very honest post. I do believe that you are not an architect as campion said. As for myself I don't really think that it is very important who you actually are. But I have enjoyed your very articulate and intelligent posts. But I do know that Vic does know the relatives although he is not related to them. I trust his knowledge because I believe him to be an honest and upright man. Thank you for clearing up a few of the myths.

I know of Vidvic but have never met him, everything I've heard about him is good though.

I think Mike has damaged himself so much that nobody really listens to him anymore. People used to cling on to every post he made, now he appears largely ignored. Cried wolf too many times I think.  :-\

We need some new statements, I want to see Basil's statement (the solicitor - not Mr Fawlty!!)- I'm surprised it's not on the forum already. I don't suppose you have come across it anywhere?

I ask this question because every time something new happens the forum is visited by two well known family friends just before or immediately after some new thing appears regarding Jeremy Bamber.
The last time this happened it was the new evidence concerning the burn mark tests in Arizona. Before that it was the CCRC decision as to whether to grant JB an appeal.
This time it is the publishing of Andrew Hunter's new book about further new evidence. Or is Hartley's over friendliness with the opposition just a coincidence? Or has he really turned over a "new leaf" and become pleasant all of a sudden? Or is the sudden appearance of Vic on the forum after a long time by chance?
What do you think? Are the family priviledged to this information before anybody else?

When it comes to things outside the legal system, like books, then no, there is no privileged information. When something legal is announced then the relatives know the result at the same time as bamber does, which is upto 24 hours before its made public, but under strict embargo.
