Have managed to read what I could about the case which is online, but not much is mentioned about Dunwell.  I guess I'm just interested how damaging his testimony was, if he gave evidence.  Its odd as everything else I have read makes no mention of him being there when any of the incidents occured.

My Mum knows the case in depth. Billy does not deserve what has happened to him. When Monaghan was released, then Billy should have been aswell. He looks well old now, and all his skin is like an old mans

Thanks. So what happens now?  Is Billy up for parole anytime soon?

Whats the New Chelsea all about in the subject box?  Did you have to change your username or something?

He will be considered again this year. He thinks it will be a success this time around. I think the NEW means New member.

Fingers crossed for him then. It does seem unfair that he is still incarcerated when his co accused was released years ago, and the other man who was implicated, got off scot free in turn for being a witness.

New member, I see now.  Thanks

it is wrong to believe that lifers get out on tariff. It usually at least four years over the punishment part, the last three is called the rehab bit. The system can do what they want when they want though.
