Vic everyone on this forum knows this is a PR exercise for the two of YOU

Are Vid and Vic two different people, or is someone seeing double!

Of course Jeremy will want back what is rightfully his once he is acquitted, I know he's keen to get the caravan park for one, he talks about it a lot   ::)

I think it is wishful thinking on the part of JB that he will win his appeal, maybe the thought of compensation keeps him going but his application has already been refused - the CCRC are simply going through the motions so no one can say they did not give him a chance to bring new evidence to the table - has anyone thought that Simon might just be a plant to check that the Police did in fact do their job correctly ? Why should somone who made his name advising the Police suddenly help a convicted murderer claiming the Police framed him - who better for the CCRC to show he had a fair hearing than Simon - time will tell - anyone know when the final decision will be made ?

You have no idea what is going on at the moment so you are wrong. Simon believes Jeremy is innocent that is a FACT. Simon has countless barristers, solicitors and legal people right behind him and backing him all the way.  I have ever seen anyone challenge Simon about taking on Jeremys case. Simons support is overwhelming. As a lot of people believe there has been a police cover up or collusion with the relatives I don't know if the truth will come out but Jeremy has his best chance so far. But nobody has ever really got to the bottom of what really happened to Princess Diana death so you don't know what might happen.

It's ironic you look at the old news clips on the forum of Ewan Smith who believed Jeremy was innocent and you think of him now a CCRC commissioner and it seems inconceivable that Jeremys referral would be turned down

Bourne if you have any evidence a decision has already been made could you share it with the forum

I personally do not think he is guilty, good luck to him with his appeal, I also believe there is a lot more to this than we know....... including the death of the Policeman who fell off the ladder, link to the Royal Family etc - sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction...... I do not believe Sheila killed them either...

Law is a very complex field, in some ways its only just started law is based on one issue i know personally and that is reason reason of doubt and there is plenty in this case, its far from over.

Your last sentence is completely untrue BTW. The letters of support would suggest so anyway. One interview does not make a majority. Wasn't it you that claimed that Ann was spat at in the street? This is a PR Exercise to you. You seem to have no interest in the truth.

PII Vic I think it is you who are not interested in the truth

Unless you want to copy any letters you have sent requesting all evidence held under PII is released

I am not frightened of the truth
Jeremys not frightened of the truth (hence lie detector and requesting evidence is released held under PII)

Vic everyone on this forum knows this is a PR exercise for the two of YOU

If the right man is in prison why come on here?

Ngb never irritates me

Still waiting for a reply on this Vic!  Nobody on this forum is frightened of the truth! Jon made a very good point earlier about the family should make an announcement publically asking the CCRC/Essex
police to request all evidence held under PII
Please do not continue to make stupid comments
Jeremy is not being greedy for wanting back anything that belonged to him before his conviction if it is overturned
Please point out exactly what you are talking about when you are talking about being greedy and answer Jons posts it is very rude not too
