Then post the route, it still goes through a farm if you are cycling.

It is on Google Maps.

This has been defined months ago. It does not go past any farm and leads to Pages Lane.

Spending 45, 70 & 70+ minutes walking (twice) was not an option.

The 45 minute walk would be through Goldhanger. You do not believe he would cycle or drive this route. So certainly wouldn't walk it.

I cannot see any route if cycling that does not go past any properties.

Please post your proposed route second request.

Please don't play dumb again.

There is a farm track 0.2 miles before the prosecution farm track.

This actually looks even wider than the prosecution farm track. Although is not as defined when the right turn has to be made off it leading to the back of WHF.

Use the snipping tool Adam, I want to see the route that Bamber can cycle that does not go near any properties. Thanks

He either -

Cycled The Sea Wall and cycled the prosecution route. Going past one property - Wyke Farm.

Cycled the Sea Wall and turned left 0.2 miles earlier. Avoiding Wyke Farm.

Cycled The Brook House Farm route. This was quickest route at 12 minutes with perfect terrain.

Rob is using the ILB tactic. Denying something exists on Google Maps.

ILB denied 0.4 miles of the prosecution route existed. Even though it is on Google Maps & is the prosecution route!

So post the only route that does not go past any properties, whats the problem! and hand sketch will do!

It's no use bluffing! the route you are proposing means he has to turn right and go past the same farm anyway so prove me wrong fourth request!

The other farm track is around half an inch before the prosecution farm track. On Google Maps.

Please do not pretend you can't find it.

If there was a viable route not passing any farms or properties this would have been the prosecutions proposed route.

Bamber had 3 cycle route options.

Passing 1, 0 or multiple properties.

These would take 20 or 12 minutes.

ILB believes cycling through Goldhanger is not a problem.

Rob believes cycling through Goldhanger would be a problem & Bamber couldn't risk passing one property.

Walking for 70 or 70+ minutes would be too long and tiring.

Oh we are back to just three cycling routes now, so you are admitting your route passing zero properties came to a dead end. Thanks Adam!

If there was a viable route not passing any farms or properties this would have been the prosecutions proposed route.

Well they chose the most direct route to Pages Lane.

If you believe he couldn't pass one property, then you believe he would cycle the farm track half an inch (on Google Maps) before the prosecution track.

You have a right to believe that.

Spending 70 or 70+ minutes walking was not an option.

This is Wyckes Farm that you are counting as one property.
