I didn't claim you to have given ME a hard time, but it looks, from where I'm sitting, that you're doing to CC -whatever your reasons/beliefs, WHAT you're doing is as close as make no difference- exactly what David did to me. There have, indeed, been politicians who have changed sides -Winston Churchill comes immediately to mind but there have been others more recent- it could be argued that they to give a better service to their constituents for having done so, because they have greater belief in their new cause.

But CC hasn't changed stance. For some strange reason, they are pretending to.

There is nothing wrong with changing ones mind so long there is good and justifiable reason for doing so. Changing ones mind because a friend of yours online who you've never met, got duped by a con man and you followed suit without explanation. Is far from a good reason and totally unjustified.

Your two reasons for changing stance -

No blood on Nevill's side of the bed.

An alternative source to no blood in the rifle barrel.

----------

Don't know how they can negate the COA evidence unless you have no faith in the justice system.

There WAS blood on Nevill's side of the bed.
IF there hadn't been, then he never slept in it, simple as that, as I don't believe he went to bed at all, he didn't get time to.
No bullet holes in his pyjamas are there ?

Caroline & JaneJ changed stance after I joined. But not without a fight!

Neither would have changed stance otherwise in my view. There were no other guilters. Mike was the forum bible.

Caroline was a hardcore supporter. Partly because Bamber was sending her letters.

JaneJ was a hardcore supporter. Mainly because she had been around since the trial & had a long term view.

With such entrenched support there was going to be a lot of resistance to changing stance.

Caroline's stance change was at least posted on here. It was due to Bamber not replying to a question to one of her letters.

No one would believe that one reason would result in such a massive change.

I cannot recall the reason JaneJ gave.

I couldn't care less about stances and who's on who's side------like big kids  ::) but why oh why is there an attitude of " all guns blazing " when guilters post ? Look back to the very start of posts of 2010/11 to date and it's there for all to see.

It was/is the non-guilters that get all the abuse.

That was a good podcast. Rivlin should have crucified DB over the silencer and Sheila's handling of guns, but just let things slide. DB was beginning to tie himself up in knots with " not recalling " certain things.
I wouldn't have even given DB time to think !

All of this was canvassed at trial.  Totally irrelevant in terms of FRESH evidence required for a submission and successful appeal.

It's FRESH if it wasn't mentioned at trial.

What wasn't mentioned at trial?
