Proving Saxby's statement is a forgery

Is Saxby’s 23/09/85 statement a forgery

You may remember I set out in previous communictions a proposition of a ‘False Timeline’ that was constructed involving Bonnett, West, Bews, Saxby and Myall. It was based around the 03.36 timing of JB’s call.

In trial testimony (see transcript) West confirmed that he phoned HQ first before contacting Witham by Personal Radio.

In his 23/09/85 statement Saxby says he received a message from CD by personal radio. The call was at 03.30. As a result of this he says he left for WHF at 03.35. His COLP pocket book notes say further communications were received at 03.35 by radio and telecoms from HQ (Bonnett?).

Why would Bonnet be contacting them a second time when presumably he had agreed with West that he would contact them. Further, how did he even know this if he and the others had left for WHF at that same time. There may have been sufficient lack of synchronisation for this to have happened but that we cannot know. He could but did not remark on this in his statement.

I suggest that the first paragraph of his statement has been changed. It is a clever rouse. They had two timelines they were running. The first paragraph suggests the first and only call was from Jeremy. The Nevill call has been expunged.

They had to hide the Nevill call (03.24-03.25 est) and Bonnett had started the ball rolling at 03.25 later changed to 03.35. We cannot know why and exactly how they conceived this timeline plan but we know they switched back to JB’s call being 03.26 not 03.36.

I suggest that what Bonnett was prepared to do or how he would have stood up to cross examination was a possible reason that prompted the change. Another possibility previously alluded to was they realised the 03.36 timeline did not allow sufficient journey time to reach WHF by 03.48. The false timeline did not work.

So they had to let West take the driving seat. It was he who had to be the trigger for the despatch of the CA07 trio. A call by him based on contact from JB at 03.26.

They needed a record of him contacting Witham and they carefully chose 03.30. It had to be after JB’s call but before CA07 left. This then allows them to use the back half of the false timeline for the CA07 crew their notebook records and statements. The CA07 crew were never questioned at trial about what happened in the lead up to their departure.

A couple of other key points. CA07 is a Tardis.
I know we do not have police telephone boxes anymore but BR claims CA07 is a Tardis. At 03.35 they set off to WHF when by some inexplicable time machine moment they are back in Witham police station at 03.37 receiving a call from West. How does he explain this since in his theory he supports both timings. All explanations should be sent to the ministry of Defence UFO coordinator.

You have to laugh.

Not only did they manage to receive radio and telecoms at the same time that they left for WHF (being in two places at once Bilocation see Padre Pio) but they were able to be back at CW to take more information from West while JB was still on line at 03.37 according to the new note of Myal's on the CT website.

With the passage of time and new information we can now see the False Timeline.

There was no police call from Nevil.

For those who think Nevill called the police, my question would be: How does this fit in with a guilty Sheila chronology/incident sequence?

As said, Nevill would instantly take a rifle used for shooting rabbits, if he saw Sheila holding it.

A natural reaction for a much bigger/stronger father, husband & grandfather. Also a natural reaction if you have an early start in the morning!

Ringing Bamber & Chelmsford Police  :))

Thanks Adam.  It's a good job you're here to clear it all up for me.  I spent all this morning trying to figure out how Sheila could have got from a haystack in the barn to the rifle in the kitchen, then I remembered you've put me right before on this.  Sheila slept in a bedroom upstairs, not in the barn.  What am I like, eh!  No wonder I can hear laughing down the phone whenever I chase up the CCRC.

You've managed to spell the word correctly this time Adam.
