Are you saying you don't actually care if he's guilty? That it's all about getting him into court again. Is this what happened in your case, OR what you'd have liked to have happened?

I believe you have to prove a case beyond reasonable doubt , and look at the matter totally unaffected by emotion. And when i look at Jeremy's case. I honestly say I couldn't be conclusively convinced of his guilt. The law in this country is well established

It doesn't diminish it, but it makes a case for Julie to be led along for a time on the back of Bamber's lies.

no it doesn't, it gives miss mugford direct knowledge her boyfriend is culpable in hiring someone to kill his family for monetary gain.......

Actually, I look at the whole much more closely than you think, AND I listen. I hear anger and frustration. I see grown people stamping their feet like children and declaring that it isn't fair. You're probably right, in part. Life has a habit of not being fair -ask all the people who voted to leave Europe just to find themselves, if they vote the wrong way, remaining. You seem to have had some experience of courtrooms and prison -did you say what you were in for, or do you claim innocence?- I'd be interested to learn what you think SHOULD have been done, re Julie, and what, if anything, you think should happen now.

His application process is probably being stalled to allow for drama to be aired. There's big money involved in TV and it was likely commissioned in order to further bury JB anyway.  It wouldn't do well to have this drama aired while the drama itself was at risk of being undermined by the small matter of case facts being simultaneously unearthed in real life.

Business is business lookout. In my opinion whether it be a miscarriage of justice case, or " guy is gulity case" I don't agree with fictional portraylas ( reference the recent levi bellfield Martin clunes series. They serve no purpose

It seems to me these 'new revelations' were et to coincide with the dram - not the other way around. ITV couldn't know what the CT/solicitor were planning, but the drama has been announced in the new for months!
