Lets look at the different internal design features of Parker hale Silencers?
It can now be proven and confirmed that human blood attributed as belonging to Sheila Caffell was found inside a 17 baffled parker hale sound moderator (silencer), which did not belong to the Bamber family (.22 semi-automatic anshuzt rifle), and which belonged to another person, and that at Bambers October 1986 Chelmsford Crown Court trial, it was dishonestly entered into evidence on the basis that, it belonged to the Bamber rifle, when clearly it didn't...
Much later on (at the 2002 Court of appeal), Bamber appealed by a reliance upon (fresh) DNA evidence, contending that the blood group evidence of blood found inside the 'DRB/1' sound moderator, did not originate from his sister! However, in the judgement of the appellate court, Bambers appeal was rejected (refer to full judgement of the appellate court)!
As a result, the Chelmsford Crown Court (1986) and the appellate court (2002) were deliberately decieved into believing that the blood group evidence matched to Sheila Caffell, and red paint from the kitchen aga at the farmhouse, were found internally and externally, on the sound moderator belonging to the Bamber rifle...
If, only one weapon was used in the shootings, and the Bamber owned rifle fired all the shots (25 / 26) relating to the five deaths at whf, where was the 14 baffled plate sound Moderator belonging to the Bamber rifle?
How did human blood attributed as uniquely belonging to Sheila Caffell, and red paint from the kitchen aga, manage to find it's way into a different silencer ('DRB/1') belonging to somebodyelse? The blood and red paint evidence did not get onto and inside the 14 baffled plate sound moderator belonging to the Bamber weapon!
According to Anthony Pargeter, although whf was normally the place where he stored his .22 bolt action Brno rifle, sound moderator, and a 12 bore shotgun, he told the police that he had taken his guns and accessories home to Bournend on the penultimate week-end before the date of the shootings, and therefore his guns and accessories were not present at the farmhouse at the time of the shootings! If he told the truth, how did Sheila Caffells unique blood, and red paint from the kitchen aga manage to be found inside, and outside his parker hale sound moderator?
-
(1) Anthony Pargeter purchased his Parker hale Silencer in 1980 - it therefore had 17 internal baffle plates...
(2) Ralph Bamber purchased his Parker hale silencer on 30th November 1984 - it had 14 internal baffle plates...
(3) Robert Boutflour purchased his Parker Hale silencer on ?
(4) David Boutflour purchased his Parker Hale silencer on ?

Mike or David,
Do you know who the Chief Insp that signed this document above?
I have seen 'Justice for all' The Manchester McKenzie Organisation in relation to this document but why is a Chief Insp mentioned date 6.5.93?

I believe the signature, belongs to Chief Inspector Clark, who not surprisingly was present at the scene, when the 'informatives' were being conducted!
Neville Bamber purchased the Anshuzt rifle, 500 rounds of Eley .22 LR subsonic hollow point rounds of ammunition and a Parker Hale Silencer!
Now, as a result of the Manchester McKenzie organisation enquiry, I asked Jeremy how many internalised baffle plates the Sound Moderator his father had purchased on the last day of November 1984, had got? This was because there was a very strong possibility that their was a difference, internally, between the Sound Moderator purchased on the last day of November, 1984, and the one purchased by Anthony Pargeter in 1980? I found out that when Neville Bamber purchased this kit on the 30th November 1984, that Radcliffe's the local gun dealers, did not have the latest Parker Hale Sound Moderator in stock and that arrangements were thus made for delivery of the complete order a couple of weeks later!
This led me to believe, that although the Pargeter and Bamber silencers appeared identical in outward appearance, there was a marked difference involving the internal design of both...

Critically, Sheila's unique blood, and the paint from the kitchen aga, was attributed as being present on the inside and the outside not a 17 baffled Parker hale silencer!
-
In other words...
Sheila Caffell's unique and exclusive blood, and paintn from the kitchen aga, was found to be present, Inside and upon the 17 baffled plated silencer, belonging to Anthony Pargeter!

thanks Mike,
Was the 'Justice for all' The Manchester McKenzie Organisation not an 'independent inquiry'.
If so was was a Policeman present?

The Manchester McKenzie Organisation was an independent body set up by a well known civil engineer who took on the Crown in cases where it may have involved miscarriages of justice! I was captivated by all the work they did, and they never once asked for payment! They believed that Jeremy's convictions were a miscarriage of justice! I have several of their reports, detailing all their reasons for believing that Jeremy was wrongly accused and convicted of these offences - it was they who motivated me to try and do that which I am still trying to do...

A typical example, of their reasoning, involved a submission of articles document dealing with the alleged suspicion of a Sound Moderator on the 13th August 1985, for example it referred to the silencer as having the exhibit reference...

Mike
Is there any.... even a very slight difference between the Parker Hale 17 and 14 baffles model. EXTERNAL CASING?
Even a bevile at the bottom of the exterior casing?

My understanding, is that 'externally' both versions of the Parker hale silencer, are identical!
Both are 7" in length..
The McKensie Organisation believed that the Bamber purchased Sound Moderator only had 14 internalised baffle plates, whereas the one purchased by Anthony Pargeter in 1980, had 17...

Is there anyway we can confirm this?....as its really quite important!!

Strangely enough, Essex police did not pursue this with either Radcliffe's the Colchester gun dealers, or Parker Hale the Sound Moderator manufacturer!

Does the 14 baffel have a 'Union Jack flag' stamp on the side of the casing?
