I believe this solitary fact, totally "undoes", the prosecution case, against Jeremy Bamber, and renders his convictions unsafe...

Relevant Facts about Bamber silencer, and its significance
David Boutflour did not find the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) in the gun cupboard at whf, until 11th September 1985, which proves beyond any doubt that paint from the underside of the aga in the kitchen at whf, and blood belonging to Sheila, was found upon and inside one of the other silencers, which were in the possession of Essex police. long before the Bamber silencer was found...
Police and relatives, changed the date the Bamber silencer was found, from 11th September 1985 to 10th August 1985, to enable the prosecution at Jeremy's trial to falsely allege that the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) had been used on the Bamber rifle (18) to kill Sheila in the bedroom, and that Jeremy sas the killer, and that he must have removed the silencer from the gun after he killed Sheila, and taken it downstairs, to hide it in the gun cupboard...
Prosecution falsely claimed that with the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) fitted to the end of the Bamber rifles barrel, it would have been too long to allow Sheila an opportunity to shoot herself by use of it, even if she had wanted to...
But we now all know that the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) was not the silencer with the paint upon it, or Sheila's blood inside it...
They fabricated the evidence to get Jeremy wrongly convicted for these five murders...
Lets not forget that when the Bamber silencer was sent and received at the Lab' on 26th September 1985, it would have been given a unique Lab' item reference number, which could not have been the same as the silencer (SBJ/1) sent and received at the Lab' on 13th August 1985 (22), nor be the same as the other silencer (DB/1) sent and received at the Lab' on 30th August 1985 (23) because the Banmber silencer had not yet been found by David Boutflour at whf, and would not be found until 11th September 1985...
The scientists at the Lab,' and the police who sent those different silencers (SBJ/1 on 13th August 1985, DB/1 on 30th August 1985, and DRB/1 on 26th September 1985) to the Lab', all knew there were three different silencers, and that the Bamber silencer (DRB/1) which was not sent to the Lab', until 26th September 1985, could not possibly have had paint from the underside of the aga upon it, nor any blood from Sheila inside it, yet they altered all the Lab' records to make out a false case that there was only one silencer, which had three different exhibit references at different stages of the investigation...
If all these silencers (SBJ/1, DB/1 and DRB/1) were one and the same, they would all have had the same unique Lab' item reference number (22), and all three silencers would need to have been found before 13th August 1985...
But we now know that all of them, wasn't...

None of these, could have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer (DRB/1) which was not found until 11th September 1985
7th August 1985 - DS Jones takes possession of a silencer (SBJ/1) from scene, along with three other exhibits, marked, SBJ/2, SBJ/3 and SBJ/4 (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
9th August 1985 - DCI "Taff"Jones, and DS "Stan" Jones, visit Jeremy at his cottage, 9 Head Street, Goldhanger, Essex, and s[peak to Jeremy about whether or not a silencer was fitted to the barrel of the Bamber rifle when Jeremy had last seen and handled it on the evening (6th August 1985) before the shootings? Jeremy had told the police there was no silencer fitted to the barrel of the Bamber rifle at that stage (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
12th August 1985 - Peter Eaton hands a silencer over to DS "Stan" Jones, which DS Jones takes away to Witham police station. What is not widely reported, is the fact that this silencer was kept by DCI "Taff" Jones, on his desk at Witham police station, and used as a paper weight, until PC "Christopher Whiddon, came along towards the back end of August 1985, and took this silencer along to the force Amory, to see if it fitted onto the barrel of the bloodstained Bamber rifle. These actions were photographed which show PC Whiddon in possession of the aforementioned silencer, screwing it onto the barrel of the bloodstained Bamber rifle. Once Whiddon confirmed that it fitted the barrel of the bloodstained Bamber rifle, he handed it over to DI Ronald Walter Cook (SOC), who subsequently examined it on 29th August 1985 (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
13th August 1985 - DI Cook (SOC) takes a silencer to the Lab' to be examined by scientist, Glynis Howard, who finds traces of human blood on and inside the small aperture of the silencers end cap, but she reports that there is insufficient blood to perform blood grouping tests. She subsequently hands this silencer back to Cook (SOC) who returns to Witham police station in possession of it (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
15th August 1985 - DI Cook (SOC) fingerprints a silencer, by using the oblique light test technique (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
23rd August 1985 - DI Cook (SOC) fingerprints a silencer by super-glue treatment, which results in this silencer being coated from top to bottom, in Cynoacrylate fumes (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
29th August 1985 - DI Cook (SOC) receives possession of the silencer (which had previously been kept on DCI "Taff" Jones desk at Witham police station, and used as a paper weight) from PC Whiddon, along with the bloodstained Bamber rifle, and he proceeds to examine both, by dismantling this silencer and removing its baffle plates and resting them on a worktop where the bloodstained Bamber rifle had already be resting, exposing these baffle plates to the possibility of being contaminated with small flecks of dried blood which could have detached themselves from the bloodstained rifle. Cook (SOC) then rebuilt the silencer by replacing the baffle plates and once it was rebuilt, he physically screwed this silencer onto the external thread of the bloodstained Bamber rifle - this exercise was photographed (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)
30th August 1985 - DI Cook (SOC) submits a silencer to the Lab' to be examined by ballistic expert, Malcolm Fletcher, who upon receipt of it, undertakes an examination of it by dismantling it, in the same way that Cook (SOC) had done, on the previous day. Once Fletcher removed the silencers end cap, top washer, and the 17 baffle plates from within the tube, he found a small flake of dried blood which was trapped inside, between baffle plates one and two, that he handed to blood expert, John Hayward for analysis. It was also noted, at this time, that there was what appeared to be some red paint which was ingrained into the knurled pattern of this silencers end cap, which was later analysed by Scientist, Brian Elliot (This could not have been a reference to the Bamber Silencer, DRB/1, because it had not yet been found)

(These results ( A, EAP BA, AK1 and HP 2-1) could not have been obtained from a flake of dried blood found in the Bamber silencer, DRB/1, because the Bamber silencer, DRB/1, was not submitted to the Lab' for the very first time, until 26th September 1985)
