Anything and everything which should have been made available to the defendant and those representing his / her interests, before the commencement of his / her trial...

If the court did not take it into account on the basis of non disclosure, Whilst a verdict was reached - all the missing evidence / information falls into that category!

well non disclusere is a polite way of saying witholding evdence to prevent a fair trail.

The cowardly cunts that call themselves prosecution advocates who rely upon this method of justice, are nothing but low life, despicable human beings, if not something other than far less human, scum of the earth, low life criminals...

They are not human enough to be able to admit their faults or preferences...

Scum of the earth in its truest form!
